Thank you for your feedback, which we take very seriously. However, I would like to provide some context regarding the events that transpired.
As discussed in our previous conversations and email correspondence, you were notified the evening before your scheduled delivery. On the day of delivery, the courier provided you with a time slot for the expected arrival. At that point, no contact was made with either the courier or us to indicate that the time was unsuitable for you.
The courier attempted delivery as planned (Friday), but no one was available to receive the package. They left a card requesting that you contact them to arrange a re-delivery. You reached out to them shortly after and were informed that the next available delivery slot would be on Tuesday, following a bank holiday Monday. Unfortunately, this timing did not meet your needs, and it was noted in their system that the conversation became heated, with inappropriate language being used.
When you contacted us for assistance, we were more than willing to help. However, as the re-delivery could not be expedited beyond Tuesday, the conversation also escalated, and regrettably, abusive language was directed towards our team. Despite this, we promptly processed your request for a refund.
In light of this experience, I must express that we cannot condone the manner in which our staff and courier partners were addressed. We value all our customers, but we also expect a level of mutual respect in our interactions.
Should you choose to reconsider using our services in the future, we would welcome the opportunity to serve you under more positive circumstances.

I was bought a 3 month subscription for my birthday by work colleagues, however the delivery by the courier company was not up to scratch. Simon sorted out issues promptly and I eventually received my delayed beer boxes.
