BUYER BEWARE epoxy store does not stand…
BUYER BEWARE epoxy store does not stand behind their Products they sell their product to a 3rd seller which I bought through Amazon the company name is Spreetail. The company I normally buy my resin from was out of stock for over 4 months so in May I decided to try the epoxy store 7000 resin. I got my 1st chance to use the 7000 resin this weekend When I started the spread the resin out on my project it starts forming jelly globs little pearl globs everywhere! So I called the epoxy store because they're the ones that make this product. they told me to warm the part A in hot water. Which I did and I even warmed my project but as soon as I started to spread the resin out it started to form those little jelly globs again. so I contacted the epoxy store and I told him I wanted a refund to return They told me since I bought it from spreetail I would have to deal with them. But when I called Spreetail they told me that it was Beyond the 30 day return so I contacted the epoxy store again. they told me They didn't receive money from me so they couldn't help me. but in fact they sold their product to Spreetail Which spreetail paid them for the product so they did get paid for this product. So neither company making and/or selling this product do not stand behind their products. they don't care about the customer. I just say BUYER BEWARE stay away from both of these company's resin is not cheap and if it's not working like it's supposed to they should stand behind it, replace it or refund the money!!!
