Have used them for many things over the years but mostly parts.

Easy to deal with, one thing with the site was a tad better at searching.

Order dispatched quickly and arrived swiftly and surely.

All went smoothly.
It took them only one day to get it shipped.
The delivery took long 18 days, but half of it is to blame on the local delivery company.

I'm glad I found this shop as I was struggling to find reasonably priced water filters for my coffee machine. Now I have a supply that will keep me going for over a year. Perfect

The go to place for expert advice and spare parts for La Pavoni ( and many other) coffee machines . Parts are supplied at reasonable prices and shipped quickly. They have helped me keep my La Pavoni Professional in tip top condition for at least 15 years. You can literally buy every single component for the machine.

Packaging was very cheaply done but also looked to be more. Time consuming then placing in a box and or keeping items that was boxed in original packaging would have made most of the contents arrive in better condition then a bubble mailer. I got a refund but was for product only not shipping that those items took as well also took many back and fourth to initiate. Overall I'll probably shop local for my espresso equipment needs in the future even though prices were very competitive but factor in potential loss due to bad packaging from the start and only receiving refund on product doesn't really get you any cheaper when you also fracture in the time it takes to receive it as well assuming it arrives in good shape.

My parcel was delayed for about 10 days after arriving in Melbourne and clearing customs. The shipping company was unsatisfactory in their communications. Otherwise no complaints.

The Expresso Shop carries rare parts for La Pavoni expresso machine. The brass inner connector I received was beyond my expectation by its impeccable
quality. The item was delivered on time. Despite the Expresso Shop is on the other side of the Atlantic Ocean it brings the same convenience to the States whenever one in need.
