Customer service is very polite and efficient. I didn’t buy anything but was amazed at how helpful Sahl was with my questions and how well his attributes apply to the job he does. Would definitely come here again.

Bought a new i phone 11pro and had very good service by Jinay. he converted all my data and apps from my old to my new phone within 2 hours. Other members of my family have had good service here too. Hoping the phone lasts well - So far, so good!

Needed a new charging port for my phone. They ordered new part in whilst keeping me updated with progress. They arranged a time that I could make to come in, and told me it would take 45 mins. Came back in 45 mins to find it ready, working and looking cleaner than it has for a long time! Cost less than I expected, and having looked at a couple of other sites, less than other places. The whole experience was exactly as it should be, but unfortunately rarely is. Based on this experience, I would wholeheartedly recommend them.

Salesman told me new battery for iPhone would cost £80, he needed my PIN(!), gave me a ‘receipt’ with no mention of any figure on it and told me I’d have to pay in cash. Which he was clearly going to pocket. I refused and took phone back - took it to phone love in muswell hill who fixed it for £48 no need for pin, paid by card and six month guarantee. Avoid the exchange. Trading standards aware.

My iPhone died suddenly and Shpetim kindly kept the store open after hours to help. Samba even walked me through setting everything up on my new phone. They both went far above and beyond. Highly recommend.

Ordered PlayStation 4. Arrived in smashed box. Upon use disc drawer kept jamming. This happened straight away. Contacted them and paid £32 for return. They then contacted me and said I had damaged item myself. I am 64 years old and have not the faintest idea of how to tamper with item. . No refund made as a result. Do not buy from this company absolutely disgraceful

Never again, poor service two months of waiting to repair the digitizer in a laptop. Laptop still not fixed. Not recommended - waste of time, stupid excuses

My iPhone wasn't turning on despite me restarting it but I stumbled in to the store and the friendly member of staff kindly sorted my phone within minutes.
