My order remains "on hold"
I placed my order three days ago. It's still showing "on hold". The company claims that there is someone to help available through their chat portal 24 / 7. I've tried to reach them that way repeatedly but there's never been anyone there. I've also emailed them three times, without a reply. The order remains "on hold" without any explanation or resolution being offered. Apparently "The Expert Pharmacy" doesn't want new business.

Very disappointing
Ordered from Expert Pharmacy on August 19 and still haven’t received my order. They sent a tracking number, but it only says “Label Created – not yet in system.” I’ve paid $140 and emailed multiple times with no response. Very disappointing—my previous order went great, but this one has been a nightmare.

Payment complicated
I was sent a very complicated format for payment and spent much time attempting to make it work. Finally gave up and requested the previous payment method. It was sent and the order completed. It was just time consuming and frustrating.

Never delivered.
I never received my order. It's been over a month and although I received a tracking order, USPS has not delivered my shipment. According to their tracking it has sat in a NY warehouse for weeks and now there is no notice or knowing where it is. This may be a scam. Big loss of dollars paid for no product.

The shipping was an issue for me. I didn’t get the name of the carrier until I emailed several times including PayPal. It was lost in transition. It finally arrived and I am happy to have it.
