Customer service has been terrible.

Customer service has been terrible.

A top bought for me as a Christmas gift was returned for exchange, and more than three months later I am, to this day, still waiting for the item to be sent to me. During that time, I sent numerous follow up emails, many of which went unanswered, and had to keep chasing basic information and updates.

The lack of communication, accountability, and urgency has been incredibly frustrating. There has been no clear explanation for the delay and no apology for how drawn out this process has been. I have never experienced such a long delay for a simple exchange.

This was a gift from my sister, and all I wanted was to receive the item she had purchased for me. Instead, the entire experience has been unnecessarily stressful and very disappointing.

Order not delivered and no refund

Purchased a shirt a month ago. It still hasn’t arrived and customer service are not responding to my emails. The what’s app number on Facebook is a number in the Phillipines and isn’t even on what’s app!!!

Essentially, theft…

I bought three items from this company and sent them back due to 2 pieces being too small and the third coming apart after one use. I hand washed the item!!!

I sent the items back, as per their instructions, have a delivery confirmation and now they will not refund me nor reply to my emails.

Their customer “support” is atrocious. I just want my $300 back!

Item not delivered and won’t respond

I purchased shirts a month ago and my parcel has still not arrived. The customer service team will not respond to my emails and because it was via Afterpay - Afterpay won’t take any responsibility. Appalling service !

Shirts faulty but no refund received

I received two shirts that were completely different sizes in both the width, length & sleeve lengths. When I returned them (this was a long time later due to covid, but still should be covered because they are faulty), I never received any refund as they apparently "can't find" the package. I sent 2 other packages to Australia that day & both of those were received fine. What a waste of money & time!
