Customer service has been terrible.
A top bought for me as a Christmas gift was returned for exchange, and more than three months later I am, to this day, still waiting for the item to be sent to me. During that time, I sent numerous follow up emails, many of which went unanswered, and had to keep chasing basic information and updates.
The lack of communication, accountability, and urgency has been incredibly frustrating. There has been no clear explanation for the delay and no apology for how drawn out this process has been. I have never experienced such a long delay for a simple exchange.
This was a gift from my sister, and all I wanted was to receive the item she had purchased for me. Instead, the entire experience has been unnecessarily stressful and very disappointing.
