Very happy.

Ordered "in stock" upholstry fabric through their website Sunday evening; and it was delivered lunchtime that Tuesday.

This was their Standard Delivery - not expidited Urgent shipping - and the fabric came rolled rather than folded too. 😁

A huge relief; as I was on a tight turnaround and had been let down by another supplier. Would definitely order from thefabricsales.com again.

Dropped one Star, because they could do with improving communication by -
▪︎adding their Telephone No. to the Order Confirmation email.
▪︎sending an automated email, when the order has been dispatched.
▪︎providing delivery date + Tracking info in any "it's on it's way" email.

They did answer in just two rings on Monday, and were v helpful; but an automated email on dispatch would have saved time all round. 🙂

I recently ordered fabric samples from The Fabric Sales, and I am quite disappointed with the experience. None of the samples I received were the promised size of 10 cm x 10 cm, and many were poorly cut. This made it difficult to properly evaluate the fabrics.

Additionally, I found the price of 3 euros per sample to be quite high, especially considering the quality and presentation of the samples. I had intended to make a larger purchase, but this experience has made me reconsider.

I hope the company improves the quality of their samples, as it was not the positive experience I had anticipated.

The most wonderful place to buy fabric. The customer service is excellent, the fabric quality is exquisite and I have been so delighted to find this company, you can spend hours on the website exploring their stock of fabulous fabrics.
