The best customer service
The best customer service, hands down. My order got lost my Canada post and when I reached out to the Facial Room, I got a response immediately. They resent my order right away without hesitation. They have amazing sales all the time where you get a free product with purchase. I would highly recommend the Facial Room.

Incredible customer service
The shipping time was so fast, the Eminence products were of course amazing, but the best part was their customer service. The “free gift” promo wasn’t working properly so I took screen shots and sent an email- this was late on a Saturday night. The next morning (Sunday) I had an email from the CEO with an apology for the promo not working and a work around to still access the promo. The order came within a few days with a hand written note. Amazing!
