Great team and very helpful! We had our bathroom renovated as we moved into our new house and it was in need of repairs. Nicola came by to take measurements and worked out a better layout for the space. We went to the showroom where Gary was very helpful with picking out tiles and furnishings. The guys who did the bathroom renovations were very friendly and got it all done within the week, even the skip was organised by the team.

I would very highly recommend The Factory Outlet if you're thinking of getting a bathroom or kitchen done up, they are also very reasonable price wise too. We'll be keeping them in mind for when it comes time to do up the kitchen!

Had a small Toilet/Wash hand basin placed downstairs. Not an easy task in a restricted space with possible complicated structural restrictions. Gary was most approachable and a great help in attaining what I wanted. Men who carried out the work were excellent and HARD working. Nicola, in the office, was at-hand in the event of difficulties. Good job by all.

We recently had a new kitchen installed by The Factory Outlet and are very pleased with the work. As promised, the work was completed in a bit over a week and done to a high standard. I found Gary and Karl really approachable and helpful and am very happy to recommend The Factory Outlet warmly.

I had both my bathroom and kitchen renovated at the same time, this took just over a week. The work was to a very high standard and the fitters were extremely friendly and competent. I would highly recommend The Factory Outlet to everyone. I would definitely hire them again.

Amazing job done .bathroom and ensuite completely renovated 5 days from start to finish. Workers brilliant and always clean up every evening. Will be back very soon for kitchen to be done. Would 100% recommend

I had an awful experience with this company.
I went to them because they were local had great reviews, i dont know had they have such good reviews to be honest.
Nov 2 men turned up to do my understairs bathroom i came home from work to see tiles had chips gone from them some did not line up, some came up more from the wall. Emailed told when it was grouted it would be ok.

I told them i was concerened cud someone review next day. The boss came lads took down the tiles re did the work .
It was even worse than before .
Ithe lads had done damage to my new door also my window sill one of them was cutting the trim on my window ledge left marks all over window sill, left place a mess damage to my floors also. Companybwanted to fix it. But i cuould not trust them as the had 3 chances to fix the tiles and made a mess each time. I requested my money back. Thank god a company rc tiling helped me out and did an amzing job..

I would highly recommend the factory outlet team for Bathroom renovations. Absolutely amazing quality in there work. Very punctual. Very easy to deal with. Great advice for project. Very clean after the work was finished. Also Great value. This company will provide you with your perfect Bathroom for sure. Thanks Mick

Just had a bathroom & Kitchen installed by The Factory Outlet and I couldn’t thank them enough.. They did a fabulous job. From the moment I went into the showroom in Clondalkin I was looked after with courtesy and professionalism. Both Gary and Nicola were extremely helpful and advised me of what I needed to do and helped me through the overwhelming job of picking out so many different items. I was kept informed at all stages of the job and the contractors working in my house were equally as polite and worked away with very little mess and always a friendly chat. The end result was a beautiful new Kitchen and bathroom at a very reasonable price… money well spent and I highly recommend the factory outlet.

This company are a one stop shop for all your needs when it comes to kitchens and bathrooms. They give great advice and follow your instructions exactly as you say. Their crews are friendly, and efficient and will do everything requested of them. They are clean workers and leave the spaces they work in as clean as they can. We had our kitchen/dining room tiled by this company, a new kitchen fitted, our bathroom and ensuite refitted and also our little downstairs loo. we were advised they would be in and out of our home in a week and they were. I would recommend them 100% for all your kitchen and bathroom refits. Excellent to deal with and competitively priced

From start to finish my experience with the staff of the Factory Outlet was great, I met Gary in the showroom and went through my requirements and with his advise I was able to make my final decision on the selection for tiles. I was given a date and also updates beforehand on what the arrangements were, the skip arrived on the saturday and work started at 8.30am sharp on the Monday, a lovely guy Andrew did the majority of the work he was meticulous and each evening he cleaned up as well, it was finished to a very high standard and I am over the moon with it, thank you all at The Factory Outlet

I am so happy we went with Factory Outlet for our bathroom. We had shopped around and to be honest we went with them as they were more cost efficient and sourced everything for the bathroom. However, since then I’ve recommended them to friends… why? They did a fantastic job, 10 out of 10. The workmen were amazing.. did a full day with a lunch break. The workmanship is genuinely outstanding and I’m a perfectionist! It was a really straightforward process from beginning to end. We love our new bathroom. So much so we’re getting the cloakroom toilet done next with them. I don’t usually write such long reviews but they’re genuinely worth it!

I was very pleased with The Factory Outlet , they were very professional from the time they came out to take a look at my bathroom and give a quote to the finish and I couldn’t believe how quickly it was installed. I would definitely recommend them

Promise me the job in six days. Didn’t finish in four months. Tiles of line, water leak, door fixed with only one screw. Door knob at 70cm from floor. Very dirty service. Nearly impossible to get an answer from them. Horrible punctuality.
And checking the response from the other review, same happened to me.
One month after payment I tried to contact Gary and he answer telling he didn’t know who I was.
Don’t recommend at all

Very poor customer service and terrible attitude when approached with a problem created by one of their employees. Based on my experience in early December 2020 and several phone conversation between Dec 2020 and Jan 2021 I would not recommend this company simply down to their manner and behaviour towards issues caused by their staff and which they at first accepted responsibility and liability for but then decided to change their mind. One of the worst experiences by far.

The guys at The Factory Outlet did a great job replacing a bathroom, and also obliged with a small job for my uncle. Most helpful and I would use them again
