Buyers beware, you may not always get what you ordered, and when you don't, I wouldn't expect any help in resolving the issue. I have spent a month trying to reach them because a leaf pouch I ordered in green came in orange, and without any colour trim on the top leaf....I have sent very simple emails with photos kindly asking for some help, and have yet to receive a single reply. Look, if you don't want to or can't help me, at least say so. Be honest, but as a business, no reply at all is just terrible, even if you have a busy personal life. (I have my own business, I do understand!)
However, it's a basic business issue, simple exchange, or even a discount to buy another one with the promise that it will come in the correct colour. Any reply at all would have been better than this. My own customers would never stand for this, I don't know why I should.

Terrible service, items never arrived. I spent hundreds on an order almost 6 months ago which was supposedly shipped and I still have not received. I have tried contacting the shop owner via every possible avenue; email. Facebook and Instagram several times and haven’t had any response for months. Big scam do not shop here

I have honestly been treated with more respect and honesty from big faceless corporations...

I saved up for a while and placed an etsy order for the gorgeous turquoise wizard robe back in June, 2019 hoping to have it to enjoy the rest of festival season. After two weeks of no shipping was informed that that color was sold out and that wasn't reflected on the etsy page. No worries, these things happen. Was willing to wait for that particular one and was told they will be in in time for Shambhala. Checked in again towards the end of August (a few weeks after Shambhala took place), and they were still still being made. Was willing to wait because I was honestly so in love with the piece. Heard back in October that it came in and it was shipped with a few extra goodies because of the wait. Once I opened it, was so extremely disappointed with what I received. The robe was a completely different color scheme that was dark and dingy and washed out, and assembled in personally unappealing circus stripes. The sewing was also very poor and looked rushed, and the robe had some holes in it as well. They apologized and I was told the colors were because they are from a separate dye batch. There was no indication on the etsy or photos that there was a possibility of something like this showing up, not even close. I did not want to keep it and was asked if I wanted to visit them at Faeriecon in Baltimore since it was near me. I let them know I was getting ready to move, dealing with some rough medical issues and making it there wouldn't be easily feasible and if there were other options we could explore. That was on October 15, 2019 and haven't heard back from them since no matter how many messages I send. Even tried the Facebook a couple weeks ago and let them know that I was very upset with this and that I just want them to take responsibility for a shoddy product. I was left on "read" that same day and have come to the conclusuion that they are actively ignoring me. This hurts my heart as I work as an artist at festivals and have seen their booth and people in person. Artists have to stick together and stand behind their work with integrity. I am out $130 for something I really dislike and feel like they don't even give a damn.... BUYER BEWARE.

The clothing designs of Fairies Pyjamas's are quite unique and not for everyone. Take it or leave it.

The quality of the products is quite good and matches the price. As does the unique character of the items you buy vs what you'll find at a typical clothing store.

Their flower lights make a beautiful decoration any time of year, particularly around Christmas.

I don't like everything they make but I like everything they're about and encourage anyone to give them a try.

Dealings with customer service have gone well.

Orders have been processed, shipped and received in reasonable and expected time frames.
