The service provided by the team at The Family Suite was exceptional and I couldn’t recommend them more. They recommended so many fantastic hotels that suited our budget and suitable for our children, and the communication after booking up until check in was fantastic. We will be using them again!

The Family Suite were brilliant in helping us plan a recent trip to Portugal. With a toddler and new baby we needed somewhere that prioritised kids and TFS suggested Noah’s Surf House, a perfect choice! With tons of kids activities included and large family rooms.
The team at TFS were always quick to respond to our messages, the credit to use on the hotel was brilliant and the personal message in the room was a very nice touch.

Amazing website with a fantastic selection of hotels. The service provided from selecting the best hotel for our needs right to booking the room was 5 star. We felt super supported throughout and it took the hassle out of holiday planning! We ended up choosing Marbella Club for a short stay and wish we could have stayed longer! What a place! The £100 towards an activity or dining was such a nice touch and we’ve come back with memories to last a lifetime. Will only be using the team at the Family Suite from here on out!

We loved this website! So beautifully done and easy to use. There are great family holiday options in a broad range of locations. We wanted to book a trip for us, our children (adults) and grandchildren for somewhere hot in November and had various needs which needed to be catered for. The Family Suite team were great at putting together options taking into account our needs and providing recommendations. Definitely recommend and will use them again!

Things like interconnecting rooms, cots, highchairs, pool setup/timings, kids' clubs. The stuff you'd normally spend ages trying to piece together from reviews.
