Despite repeated emails to try to get help to make a return, from two different email addresses, and for a week there has been no response. No phone number available, no physical shop. What am I supposed to do?

Thank you for your feedback; we've contacted our carrier to see how we can make this process easier in the future. In regards to the reply on your email: we try to respond to each message within 48 hours (this is also stated on our website under our FAQ's). You've emailed us on the evening of the 27th and we've responded on the morning of the 29th, this is within our 48-hour window. We hope to do better next time!
