A product finally arrived after 5 long weeks of no communication. Email follow- ups were not answered and the product delivered is not what is shown on the website. It is not the product I have ordered. Will never purchase there again!

Very easy hassle free online purchase and I also found them reasonabley priced.

I order my purchase over a month ago for the junior heifer expo. Who would have thought that after a month my order still hasn't been shipped and I need what I purchased in 5 days.. Waste of a hundred dollars!

Delivery time was over 3 weeks and still waiting for some items. This is just too slow in my opinion.

I placed an online order for some Baxter Boots on May 27th. Here it is July 9th and still no boots. Excuse after excuse. I finally get notice that they have been despatched and I notice that they are the wrong ones. I ask for the correct ones and all I get in response is "This is what you ordered."

This will be the very last time I order anything from this mob.

If I knew it will take more than a week for delivery, I wouldn't order it.

I ordered eight products from The Farm Store on June 15. I emailed them on June 27 to ask why my order hadn't been shipped, and I was told two days later that "due to the popularity of the items, we are waiting for more stock to arrive," and they assured me that my order would be sent out by the end of the week. Well, yesterday, July 8, I finally got another email saying my order had been shipped, but only one of the products!

Very poor service, unreliable, do not recommend.

When you buy something and it says it's in stock and you pay for express freight you expect it in a few days not two months later. No communication and lies constantly told just to get a sale. This was my first and last time I will deal with this store. I wish I had read the reviews before using them but I didn't so hopefully someone will read this and go somewhere else to buy there goods.

No one explained me what was going on till I called them to ask about it.

I ordered 19th May and I got that I ordered today 1st July.

I was told over the phone that the goods I wanted to purchase would be delivered within two weeks because they had to be transferred across from 'their warehouse'. I went ahead and made the purchase. Later I discovered that the goods were to be sent to them from the manufacturer. It has been two months and I am still waiting. Not once did I receive any communication from this company about the delay... I have never had such an experience before. Usually, when I purchase goods over the internet from a company, they are delivered promptly. However, I will definitely not purchase from The Farm Store again. Customer service is certainly not their strong point. In short, pathetic.

It takes too long to fill orders. I have had to wait 4 months and sometimes longer to receive my order and when I order something from them it's generally because I need it rather urgently (ie fencing supplies). Their products are good however and their prices are as well which is why I order from them. I just now know to order well in advance of when I need it.

Items took to long to get as it took about four to five months from order placed.

Worst company I've ever dealt with online, dismissive, severely unreliable, ambivalent to my needs and the consequences of their negligence - totally unacceptable, I will never use them again and will gladly inform anybody who asks or should the occasion arise where I can inform others about my experience with The Farm Store, I will take every opportunity to do so. My advice to them would be, don't advertise products you don't have, listen to your customers, acknowledge when you've made a mistake - if you're not prepared to do that, then get out of retail.

I wanted to buy some products from the farmstore to try them out.
Perhaps they did not have stock.
They debited my pay pal quickly, but for weeks and weeks there has been no delivery. I have complained twice and no one has commented or anything. I have recieved an email saying 2 products are being shipped. but there is still no comment about the other 2 items I have paid for.
I am sorry guys, I don;t normally complain, but you must all be doing something else rather than operating a real business today with the internet.
