has taken months to recieve product and when i last followed up i was told the item was there and would i like it sent. sorry wont shop here again. and i hope i receive my order or other actions will be taking place

Terrible service and I'd recommend avoiding. Despite suggesting they have over 300,000 products ready to ship, the reality is they don't stock anything. Its literally the worst shopping experience I've ever had. I purchased a range of products online on the 26th December and then had to make contact with them in January as to where my order was. At this time I was told I'd had to spend a further $200 on delivery. I requested to cancel the order and a refund and was told that no refunds could be processed until February as their accounts people were away. I stupidly paid the addition money and it's now 27th Jan and still waiting. I rang and spoke to someone on the 25th and was advised to call back in 1-2 weeks for an update and that no ETA could bring provided. What a joke.

The Farm Store deserves zero stars. Worst shopping experience of my life. They have stolen my money and lied to me repeatedly. I have not received my order and it has been been four months. I’ve asked for a refund many times (as I’ve since bought the items elsewhere), and each time they have told me it will be refunded, but I’ve received nothing. They are frauds and should not be in business.

Quick service and delivery. Customer service very quick to respond.

My rain gauge was posted quickly and I was able to track the item. Highly recommended store.

It took 5 months for me to receive the product especially with upfront payment and then the Farmstore staff forgot who the product was for, which delayed the product further until I rang them and reminded them.

I was told that my purchase was available....you took my money that day 2 months ago then NOTHING
IT NEVER ARRIVED for Christmas yet you took the money out on that first day 2 months ago!!!!!!!

Products are very good quality.Sizing is aust standard.The product arrived before predicted time.I wold recommend them.

They are hopeless I ordered & paid for my item on the 5-9-2017. After 6 phone calls they finally posted my item to me over 4 months later on the 10-1-2018.

If you like waiting six weeks and enjoy having to make numerous phone calls to get what paid for. Then shop at thefarmstore.

I payed $800 for a product in August and still have not received it.
Have phoned and written complaints and have been told on atleast 5 occasions that it will be fixed.
Still waiting!

I had to pay extra freight charges 1 day after paying for product and am still waiting for them to send the item 2 weeks after purchase. They didn't have the product they were selling,

Super easy order & fastest delivery ever. Website easy to use & find what I needed. Will be a returning customer.

From the time I ordered it was months until I received the product. Only once I demanded my money back that the item arrived. Very little to no contact, I had to do all the chasing for updates.
Very poor experience and will never order again

I have been waiting four weeks for my order and havent recieved it yet.
Once I chased them up they looked into it.
If i ever get my order I may rethink my current rating

Was sold an item online, then charged extra delivery only to find out item was not in stock and couldn't be told when it would be . After waiting 2 months I cancelled my order after being told I could do so & my money would be refunded shortly. Now nearly 2 months on with no refund & 2 uneventful enquiries I find myself rewarding the farm store 1 star in the hope it might prompt a positive outcome so I don't have to contact the Department of Fair Trading, I won't hold my breathe.

Never recieved our items, still waiting for our money to be returned after three weeks, nobody seems to know what is going on.

The time spent having to personally chase up every detail of the order. There were numerous times that I was assured someone would call me back in regards to my order been delayed however this never occurred after numerous assurances. Would not order anything from the Farm Store again

I ordered ear tags for my sheep and paid for them to be numbered with my livestock number and received plain white tag's. Even after talking with the staff about it.
