Disgraceful service. Waited over 2 mths for my product - I was told that it was a 'supplier' problem. Eventually, once I requested a refund and also mentioned that the supplier had stock of my item, it was magically shipped in 2 hours.
My contact was entirely by email and the person representing the company, was always polite.

Very very late with supply, failed to respond to email query, only responded after I phoned, then, miraculously, the item had just come in! I was about to complain to eBay that is how angry I was.

Very slow in sending items out and I still have not received the whole order.

I ordered an item on April 26th .... nothing said the item was out of stock on their website when they took my payment. After three weeks i emailed them & asked where my order was ... turned out they had zero stock and "hoped" it would arrive soon. After 5 weeks i said this was not good enough and wanted my money back ... it was only then that that the staff chased up my order and i received it 6 weeks after ordering. NOT GOOD ENOUGH GUYS. !!!

So so helpful, i rang them to see of they had an item and they did all the chasing around and called me back with everything i needed.

Very good on prices & willing to offer discount without being asked, which impressed me. Good website to search for information and very helpfull over the phone.

After three weeks I have received two out of seven items. Two of the items not supplied had to be purchased from another supplier too drench and vaccinate our herd. If I wanted to wait three weeks I would also purchase from overseas. Please cancel the balance of order and refund the value of non received items. Vary disappointed in your service.

Order was delayed so chased it up. Probably could do better by taking the lead and contacting the customer if there is going to be a delay in delivery.

After 49+days still no item
After 23 phone calls regarding this item still no apology and most of the time no answer and they never return the calls.
Would not suggest dealing with this company at all- not the first time this has happened to us.

Every purchase Ive made from the farm store has arrived quickly, securly packaged, most within 48 hours of purchase !! Contact stall have answered any online enquiries. Products are excellent quality and described with accuracy.

I have been dealing with The Farm Store on a few occassions with items that are easily transported via Post/Courier. Always keep you informed, delivery is seemless and follow up is good.

Got product after 6 weeks didn't work so told them then nothing so I had to throw it in the bin

The order was delivered damaged. No response from the store after email.

ordered 24/1/17 got nothing no notice no impending just took our money, ring and email again february a few times, stock not in, eventually, finally get 2 of the order then wait some more, ring early MARCH, change brand to one they have in stock, not happy with the whole experience. if you dont have the stock then dont re sell it!!!!

I was rather disappointed that an item I had chosen to buy was not in fact available. This wasn't reflected on the Farmstore web site. However, the money was eventually refunded, and I received the other item today (16 days after placing the order.)
