Beautiful smashed mugs…

Extremely poorly treated by this company. Ordered 4 beautiful mugs from them that turned up smashed. Photo evidence sent to them but they continue to dispute the proof. Been back and forward all day emailing them. Been told they are contacting action fraud. Customer service is appalling. These were supposed to be a gift. Very disappointed with this outcome. They say package was secured however the inner box lid was off allowing the mugs to move and break. This company are blaming the courier and me. Sad as I only requested a refund
Today 11th April I have been informed that a refund is being issued thankfully. Now I have orderd this gift elsewhere. Happy with this outcome
