I have sucessfully given a complaint at 1930 helpline about them also i have emailed Nodal Cyber cell Officer Sh. Yashasvi Yadav of MAHARASHTRA regarding this fraud i hope that my efforts will help many of you in the review section seeking justice abd you all should call on the above number and make complint against them my 3500 shall retrun and justice will be servved to all of us as i have share all the reviws of trustpilot to the officer in email.

This store is one of the biggest scams running in e-commerce. I placed my order about 5 months ago and there's been no update. They don't respond to messages, or emails. I am going to take legal action against the enterprise Zainab Global Arts, for running this scam, and robbing people. For anyone looking to shop, DON'T GO BY THEIR UPDATED CATALOGS. They will steal your money and never deliver anything. Legal action is the best way forward, the enterprise is registered in UP so whoever wants can file a case accordingly.

I messaged multiple times and sent a legal notice. It took 8 months and didn't get original order but finally got my money back to wallet, which I redeemed immediately (because idk when they'd change their policies again!).

They gave me credit amount in wallet,shared link for items with 24hr shipping and I bought something else, and paid balance in cod.

Very bad, after submission of good review Neetu singh from fashion station didn't respond to my messages and my order is still not delivered

Update: now I received my order but not what i ordered for.
They have collections and will give from that only.

These people are fraud, they take the order and then don’t reply, forget about delivering the order. My money is lost , please nobody order from them.more than one month has passed since i ordered.

Totally Fraud company.Ordered 2 suits costing 15,000,The suits never got delivered.No one is answering on WhatsApp and calls.May you people beg for every single penny and Allah punish you in this life and after.

If there was a zero instead of a star I would hv given that to these scammers, they have taken money for a suit that was under ready to ship and are neither giving refund not providing the said product. Instead they falsly created a purchase of a previous date and sent an email that ur order is processed. I will recommend that no one under any circumstances buy anything from this website, they are thieves and frauds

recently shopped for my wife and purchased lehenga from maria b chiffon collection, delivery came on time nitu helped with fast & reliable delivery. highly recommend this site.

I have made prepaid order with fashion station still not get any update..they don't reply..I need my money back...

Placed an order on august 14th which was ready to ship. When enquired about the status of the order , they reply that they have a different collection from the designer. Will never say they don’t have the suit. Instead ask you to select a different suit from the sale section on the website. When i selected few from them which was clearly shown as available on their website they replied that its sold out. They are still shown as in stock on the website and people can still buy it, but in actuality they don’t have. They have 15-20 suits which are not good at all. I again selected a few others from the same sale section and asked them whether they have those, they keeps saying they will inform tomorrow after checking the stock. At this point they are just dragging the matter. Initially i had really good experience with them. Later on i started to receive product with missing piece , sometimes the lace was missing, the pants piece or the duppatta. So i stopped ordering from them.Later i heard it was due to some bad employees. Then i ordered on march 2025, which was delivered correctly. Upon that belief i made the purchase again. Alas that has turned out to be a disaster. Reading the reviews i don’t expect i will ever get my money back neither the suit. Please refrain from them. I will not buy from them again. The shocking thing is that the website is still operating.
