Fast 800 Lemon Sleep Blend
The Lemon Sleep Blend has an unpleasant aftertaste, presumably due to the Stevia sweetener. It is supposed to be 'natural' but still tastes like any other artificial sweetener, which I dislike intensely. If you feel the same, I would recommend avoiding this product.

The cloudy apple drink is delicious especially if like me you like sour sweets …not so keen on the hot chocolate it’s got a powdery taste ..I am struggling to drink it which is disappointing as it is expensive

The Shakes!
Topped my supply of shakes. They are very versatile, used in some of the recipes (for a quick and easy high fibre meal), and great for a grab and go!
The texture can take some getting used to - grains for that fibre boost... But if you blitz them, you don't really notice. Great in the smoothie recipes!
Highly recommend, low carb, high fibre and quality protein shakes.

The Wonder of the Fast 800!
Ok so I’m a women of over 70, with plenty of history with useless diets and I have tried diet shakes full of all sorts of ghastly stuff and none of it works long term. The Fast 800 diet, shakes and bars do actually work! The diets, both Fast 800 and the Zoe Guthealth recipes and menus, are completely brilliant (not always a lot between them). They’re made of enough protein and fiber to stop me feeling hungry and overeating. I’ve lost I over 8 kilos and crucially changed my eating habits forever. I don’t feel hungry. I have more energy, sleep better and basically this system is a total game-changer, life and health changer! I’m not given to hyperbole, I don’t normally bother with reviews, this is totally true and I feel rather evangelical about it. This is as strongly as I’ve ever felt about anything I ever bought. So if you’re hesitant, don’t be - you won’t regret it.

Love the flavoured shake powder (Vanilla, Strawberry & Salted Caramel) and cloudy apple. Great to have a measuring spoon too. I needed to add fibre to my diet to help with diverticulosis, it has also aided weight loss, brilliant.🤩

I love the products that I regularly use. Those being the chocolate shake and the coffee shake. I mix the 2 together. Really delicious, and for an extra treat 1 scoop of my shake mix on Greek yoghurt is also delicious.
I also enjoy the keto chocolate and the apple fiber mixed with soda water is really refreshing.
I love the convenience of the shakes on busy days. Have been using them for a few years now, and regularly recommend them to friends.

Not that pleasant
To be honest, I find the shakes very ‘powdery’ in texture, fairly watery & weak in flavour (I’m using only 250ml water). So not actually pleasant to drink. I’ve had much better weight loss shakes, designed by doctors & nutritionists……albeit in Australua. Sorry, but Fast800 shakes are not that pleasant

Great products
I am following the plan and bought the products to work alongside it. Delivery was quick and I am enjoying them although some are an acquired taste. Especially loving the lemon blend. I know they are a bit pricey but worth it to help with the weight loss. Less than 3 stone to go now 11 stone already gone

Highly recommend
This is a great app. The menu choices are good and keep you full so you don’t want to snack between meals. There is also daily exercise, tips and meditation. I can’t fault it. I’ve lost weight and am thoroughly enjoying using the app. Would highly recommend.
