Avoid this garage, terrible customer service
tried to rip me off and told me my van needed a new diesel heater when it clearly did not, and also kept waiting in reception over 40 minutes despite my van already being booked in over email. They had not even looked at my van before telling me i needed a new diesel heater - when all I wanted was a diesel pickup installing deeper in the tank !!
Avoid if you don’t want to get ripped off.

Poor service.
Charged £175 for 10 min visit where a fuel pipe was removed from a moped, temporarily replaced with an ill fitting one, bike then set on fire when started (with my son sat on it).
Pipe not replaced but bike left in a worse condition than before they arrived.
Extremely poor customer service and the boss was an absolute joke. No apology for service and said we had lied about what happened.
Avoid like the plague
Total rubbish we were charged 200 pounds to diagnose a problem we already told them it was initially. A reverse switch that costs 9 pound turned into a 700-pound job. They don't turn up on time, don't respond. The Manager was too scared to speak to us and ignored and avoided us for weeks with his disgusting attitude. Have now put in a small claim's court procedure and reported to trading standards. Fiat Cusona 594

Do not use this company. A five-day repair of a disability scooter turned into 7+ weeks which left a disabled pensioner immobile all summer. After a great deal of upset, distressing phone calls and wasted twenty-mile round trips, I rang the general manager to ask for help but he was rude, bullying and aggressive. He mocked and belittled me, wouldn't allow me to finish a sentence, and twice told me to shut-up before putting the phone down on me. The scooter was eventually returned unrepaired and filthy dirty with a broken mudguard and no explanation. By definition, a company that repairs disability scooters is offering a service to some of the most vulnerable people in society but for some reason this company uses that very vulnerability against its own customers. Avoid at all costs.
Please be very carefull of this company…
Please be very carefull of this company I had some work done by this company on my ford focus and they charged me nearly one thousand pound then when I got my car back nearly a week later I had damage on my front bumper wing and passenger door and when I e.mail this company they weren't interested they tried to blame myself for the damage I will never be getting work done by this garage again and urge car users not to use this garage either
