No goods. No refund. Where is my £730??
I recently ordered a pendant for my mother's 80th birthday anticipating a one day delivery.
I placed my order after 3pm on the Monday expecting delivery Wednesday.
I checked on Tuesday and my order appeared closed and refunded. Thinking this was an error on my part due to an incorrect billing address i called the company and was assured of a call back. No call back so I placed a new order correcting the billing address. This was again closed and refunded with no explanation.
I then called and was told I would get an urgent call back. Over a week later and I am still waiting for both my call back (no one is now answering!) and for the refund of my not insignificant value of £730!!!
If I do not receive this within 24 hours I will be lodging a dispute.
Do not trust this company!!!

Ordered a gold chain for an important birthday on the 6th of February. It didn't arrive. On the 8th I emailed and received a prompt call back (at this point, I'm thinking excellent customer service). The lady i spoke to said the order had been made, paid for but hadn't been sent to the 'warehouse/dispatch team'. She would confirm the stock and call me back. It's now the 11th, and i still have no item, no call back and no idea what is going on. I ordered this item in plenty of time to arrive for the birthday, to take away with me to gift to my wife. I called today, and was sent to an 'offsite reception' who couldn't provide any details, and simply said they could take my details and arrange a call back. Given the experience I've already had, i have no faith in that. The item isn't super expensive, around £430, but it is important. This was a first-time purchase, and I cannot recommend. I hope this review gets read and someone reaches out to help. I had wanted to put a positive post on social media; with a large following it would have benefitted us all. I cannot do that now (fortunately for the company i don't do negative posts on my social, world is crap enough already - but I will and have posted this honest review on Trustpilot. Do better, and start by making this right.
The gold value of the item by weight is around £100, so with margins as high as they have, excellent customer service should be easy.
