I ordered from The Fine Store and the…
I ordered from The Fine Store and the products arrived fine, but I was caught out by import VAT. While the VAT charge itself is correct, the store buries the information about UK VAT in their FAQ, which is hard to find and even contains a typo.
Prices at checkout appear final, giving the impression that VAT is included when it is not.
This made the purchase confusing and could easily mislead UK customers.
I hope the store improves upfront pricing transparency in the future.

I got a couple of really cute candles from here - there was an issue with the shipping and they were returned to sender, but the customer service was very friendly and sent them again super fast! Thanks fine store! Would recommend!
