Service was ok. Got to the shop rang the bell spoke to the guy who said my order wasn't received as yet, if I didn't mind waiting so he could check. The fire works came without packaging which was fine as long as it worked. Got a free Latern which Great!!
Sisters 40th wanted to do something special while being socially distanced.
Was really disappointed that only 13 out of the 32 went off.
Was too hot to try again so just left it. Bought some sparklers which rounded off the night and sent off the lantern. Not sure if I'll use them again

Bought various large box sets and rocket, all superb quality. They listen to what you are hoping to experience and recommend properly. I sense they have solid experience and specialism which helps a great deal. Now my go to place for fireworks.

Amazing fireworks and good prices. Next year will come again.

I recently bought some fireworks for my son’s birthday. The Fireworks Firm were great, and ordering was easy. They suggested a range of fireworks, and advised on what order to set them off. The thing that impressed me most was them dissuading me from buying a bigger rocket as they were concerned about space, showing how responsible they are. My son loved the display, I’d definitely recommend The Fireworks Firm for all your fireworks needs!

Have been ordering fireworks from the fireworks firm for probably 20 + years and that speaks for itself. This year because of covid restrictions we were unable to have a proper party so only let off half of the fireworks and will keep the rest until later in the year, perhaps when all the restrictions are lifted. The ones we did set off were very good although a couple failed to ignite and had to be disposed of safely.
This is unusual as generally they work extremely well and seem to get better and better year in year out.

Excellent customer service, they always give me great advice about which fireworks to chose and the fireworks themselves are really good quality. We buy from there every year, as do many of or friends and neighbours so we usually get to see several of their displays from our windows.

fab staff, brilliant fireworks. never done them before always been too scared but staff told me how to do them and gave great advice i was v grateful.

Brilliant service, brilliant fireworks! Open late and were really helpful and friendly. Put us right about the type and size of fireworks - we would have bought items far too big for our garden. Valuable safety advice. Their recommended pack had a great display of "cakes" and all numbered for a stimulating sequence. Lots of noise and colour, my only minor criticism - would have liked longer fuses. Made us think that we will go back to having our own displays again rather than just attending the public displays; and now looking for any excuse/event to buy some more...!!
