I have a Bridge property with TFG since 2014. My current account relationships officer and manager Messrs Carla Isabel and Arthur have been very helpful in sorting my challenges /issues with TFG. Both have been responsive. Once you are owner with TFG, you will not regret having transaction with the company. Prompt in resolving problem especially with good account relationship officers.

I gave 5 star because of our experiences with The First Group staff, expecially, Carla. Carla is a wonderful person that really understands her work/role perfectly. She responded to our enquiry promptly and takes attention to details. She is always ready to support and answer our questions to her ability. We could have loss without her present to answer our questions.

Thanks for the smoth procedure to get the booking finalized despite limited time.
I higly appreciate the services provided by Doaa Alzawawi in a very professional and polite way including extending the booking in same a suite in critical time.

At the beginning, the experience was mind-blowing. Somewhere along the line, I had difficulties respecting my payments and communication with most of TFG staff became very difficult.
Fortunately, I was proposed a change of option which I accepted.
At the end of the day, I am very glad with my recent contacts and especially Cristina who has been very quick at responding to my queries.
I very greatly appreciate!!!

Very qualified staff

I liked the model as it offers an opportunity for one to invest in a lucrative business. What I did not like are some of the terms of engagement as follows:
(a) Making partial payments for chosen offer to be made on the same day of discussion and not on any other future date. For example, I failed to pay at least USD 2,500 on the day of discussion because on that day I did not have enough money as I did not anticipate that such opportunity could come my way.
(b) Not giving a person a chance to be engaged in future. For example, even though I was willing to accept the offer, I was told that First Group does not give a person second chance although the reality of life is that someone may not be ready today but he/she may be more than ready in future.
(c) Asking a person to make a decision when some important information has not been disclosed during initial briefing. For example, I was requested to chose an offer when the cost implications were not disclosed to me.

Lobna Mohamed from owner privilege department has always been so supportive of our requests and tried her best to accommodate us.

Despite the busy time of the year and the limited hotel availabilities, Ms. Sara always tries to accommodate my and my family needs and provides us with the best available option and proceeds with the hotel booking confirmation immediately.
