I had a great learning experience with Danny. He is a very supportive and helpful tutor who always takes the time to make sure everyone understands the material. He explains everything clearly and makes even difficult topics easy to understand. I recently chose to enrol with The Fitness Group after carefully reviewing a number of courses across the country. The main reason for my decision was the excellent telephone conversation I had with Warren Draper.
Warren was polite, thorough and genuinely friendly. He patiently guided me through the entire enrolment and payment process, which was especially helpful as admin is not my strong point.
I would highly recommend Warren for his professional, supportive approach. It is thanks to him that I decided to train with The Fitness Group.

I’ve not yet started my course but recently signed up to the level 2 fitness instructor intensive under guidance from Rosie. I’d been swithering between so many providers and immediately talking with Rosie she gave me the insight I needed in choosing the best path for me and my situation. With efficient responses it made the enrolment process seamless and far less daunting than I thought ! Would highly recommend ☺️

Mark is an amazing trainer! The way he teaches is so easy to follow. He is so experienced and offers such a wide range of knowledge. He makes you feel comfortable and you can genuinely see he wants you to succeed. Choosing the face to face intense course is amazing and really well structured, you instantly feel like you have gained so much more skill and knowledge from day 1!

Mark Fox is brilliant. Good demo and good lecture. Very detailed showing on teaching and showing different exercises we can do on TRX.
