Great products! Delivery was a little slow BUT...with the horrible weather across the country, totally understandable!

I have been ordering from FC since 2021. In the last year the quality has been hit or miss, and the issues that I have had have not been addressed or they drag their feet for so long a resolution cannot be found.

Not only that but I have been buying the same fragrances and I have watched the price increase in some cases up to 36% for a 7lb jug. The customer service has gotten worse, and the quality has gone with it as well. I finally got a defective 7lb reed diffuser jug and they have been dragging their feet to find a resolution. I'm done with FC and their inflated prices.

My daughter and I make wax melts and diffusers. So far, everything smells absolutely delicious. Extremely fast shipping and delivery

The scents I ordered smelled wonderful, delivery was prompt, and communication throughout the process was great. I’ll definitely be ordering again!

My original order was missing items. TFC corrected the mistake and sent the missing items immediately. I would have provided a higher rating, but missteps with orders have been a common occurrence experience for my orders since they relocated.

Very helpful! Love all the scents I have received! Minor issue with the wrong scent being sent (easy mistake, names were VERY similar) but they immediately made it right! The scents are amazing though!

We love all the scent options. We recently had an order get lost and didn’t make it to us. The Flaming Candle quickly replaced it and got to us quick.

I truly LOVE their scents! We got a good first order to see if we liked them. We were originally missing some things due to being out of stock but the flaming candle made it right! I believe they will be our main wholesaler! We just ordered wicks, jars, and more oil! Looking forward to getting all of our new goodies!
