Elza was very helpful. The house was clean and comfortable. The area is wonderful. We were travelling with small children and really enjoyed the residential and green areas nearby. The waterfront view was the cherry on top!

The company give us a flat we pay for 6 nights and because of unexcpected situation we will not go to stay in the appartments, and they refuse to refund the money back, because were blocked and as you can think , it have 7 days announcement , but we pay for 6 days..This is unbelivable how they taken money from people, with explanation was blocked for others and we loosing money...
i dont recomend them, because of the poor attention to people situations and are not flexible..

The location is brilliant and worth every penny paid for…Maya has been wonderful in assisting us…Extremely comfortable stay…Will definitely stay again if I am in london

I recently stayed at The Victoria Flat and had a wonderful experience! The flat was beautifully decorated and clean. The location was perfect, just a short walk from great restaurants and Victoria Train Station. I felt safe inside and when accessing the flat. Sarah and Lucas were incredibly welcoming and responsive, making the check-in process smooth. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a cozy and convenient stay. I can’t wait to return!

Wonderful Stay with Sarah!

I had an absolutely wonderful experience staying at Sarah’s place! From the moment I arrived, Sarah was incredibly welcoming and made sure I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The property itself was exactly as described—clean, stylish, and in a perfect location.

What really stood out was the attention to detail. The cozy decor and cleanliness made the place feel like a true home away from home. Sarah also provided great local recommendations, which added a personal touch to my stay.

The location was ideal, with easy access to public transport. It was just a short walk to the bus stop and Isleworth Station, with grocery stores conveniently nearby. Plus, there’s a direct bus to the High Street, making it super easy to explore the area.

I couldn’t have asked for a better host or a more enjoyable experience. Highly recommend staying here—I’m already looking forward to my next visit!

Lovely and cosy English terrace, very close to metro, shops and restaurants. Superb spot for our family to explore London. Sarah, the host, response times were also excellent. BYO tea, coffee, salt, pepper and sugar which was unusual. We bought some and left in cupboard for next visitors.

It a good property, clean , spacious & best located. The Canada water is just 2-3 minutes away. Sainsbury’s is very near for all grocery items.
Overall our stay was wonderful

Place was good and close to train station. Only comment I have that doors were difficult to open, garden grass was overgrown, and place was very dusty.

The house was at a perfect location, near to bus stop, connections to tube. Assistance given for check in, extension of stay, cleaning services and check out was nicely done. All was smooth. Thank you for a good service. Maryam receives good mention. Thanks.

The flat is located in a prime location in London, near two tube stations and within walking distance to many sights. The flat is clean, bright and airy and is relatively new. There is a nice view of London, especially at night. Wifi is good. Beds are comfortable and there is ample room for storage in the bedrooms. Blinds did not work in one of the bedrooms and couldn't be closed completely. There is a washing machine and drying rack for clothes. Kitchen is equipped for meal preparations and kitchen cleaning supplies and garbage bags are provided. The dishwater broke while we were there, and someone was sent to repair it promptly, but it couldn't be fixed during our stay. The bathroom has tricky water regulation in the shower, and water is very hot so it takes a little getting used to. Bring soap and shampoo. The entry key needs to be picked up and dropped off at a nearby site. Door entry with key requires a bit of practice. Communication with Lucas and Sarah was always prompt and courteous. I recommend staying at this flat and would not hesitate to return.

I stayed in Alger for 12 days in this location, it was great the place is very clean and just the right size for my wife and I, Sofian was the agent who welcomed us, he is a very friendly guy, at first our the interest was not working but they took care of the problem. I highly recommend this spot because it’s right in the middle of the city and almost everything is like 5 to 15 minutes away

Great Flat.

Lots of room and kitchen well equipped. Great location and easy to navigate. Beds comfortable and airy. Overall a great stay.
