My flight maker was ONYX and he was fantastic. He went totally above and beyond to help me rearrange my flight due to weather concerns. He was very polite. Any time we ran into a complicating factor he was able to work around it. I could not have been more pleased or better served. I am 78 and often get poor customer service at other businesses. This was outstanding!!

My son is flying Swiss tonight to Israel with a stop in Switzerland. I was unable to do a check in on line since page 3 on the online check in requested his visa information. My son is a tourist who will be abroad for less than 90 days therefore a visa is absolutely unequivocally unnecessary. I reached out to different agents to try to assist me in checking in on. The different agents were unhelpful disinterested and downright rude....when I decided to try once more again and Kerenza picked up, it was evident immediately that she was calm and professional. Kerenza gave me her direct extension, called me back and offered to email the necessary department on my behalf. (Attention: you need to revise the request for a visa!!!!!!) An unnecessary stressful situation was smoothed out thanks to her.

Mr. Dwayne Johnson was very courteous and helpful in assisting with changes to a planned flight. The need for the changes were related to a medical emergency in the family. Mr. Dwayne was empathetic. He was clear with his instructions and was able to help above and beyond what we thought. He always treated us with respect. He also followed up with us after changes were completed.
