I absolutely loved the mentorship program provided by FlipSecrets! It covers every detail of real estate investing, from financing to flipping houses for profit. The masterclass is especially valuable as it teaches you how to accurately calculate numbers for deal analysis.

Jake's Flip Secret's program is a great program for anybody who is wanting to learn how to get started in flipping houses, it walks you through from A-Z on what to do and provides the paperwork/ contracts printout needed as well, which is very helpful. I love the community in the Discord and all the useful information they provide and how uplifting and supporting everybody is to wanting you to succeed!

The oppertunity to work 1:1 with a mentor was huge. I felt so supported as I made strides to put what I've been learning into practice. This is a business where everyone wins. I love the support I get from everyone in the group.

I enthusiastically signed up for Flip Secrets in 2019 or 2020 after watching Jake for some time on Instagram. I learned so much from his course and detailed IG lives. I felt fully prepared to implement his teachings in the field. I could accurately identify deals, talk to realtors, lenders, and sellers competently, and understand what they conveyed during my buying and closing processes.

With a smaller cohort back then, Grant and Jake had the bandwidth to hold my hand and check behind my numbers to ensure I was on the right track and had the deal I was confident I had. The program has grown over the years, so students now have more mentors to work with, along with group coaching calls and other incredible resources on the community's Discord app.

I bought and held two properties under Flip Secrets (2020 and 2023). The low number was my choice because of life's circumstances, but now I'm back to put some more work in. Owning those two properties (plus my primary home) has increased my net worth and decreased my tax liability, so that's a win for me.

My one-time investment in this program gave me lifetime access to the course, so I look forward to returning and using my membership. I have options regarding how I want to participate in the community. I can be a Gap lender and make a profit that way or fix and flip myself. I love the possible partnerships and connections that are readily available. It's an opportunity for everyone to win!

Flip Secrets allowed me a unique approach or introduced me into becoming a real estate investor. They offered me an opportunity of a life that I've never expected. I opted-in to their link to check how their system works; what their platform process is and see how it can work for me. I attended many mastermind classes offered online; spent a lot of money and time in my efforts to be educated on real estate. I've learned some from them, but not as Flip Secrets offered me a chance of my lifetime; I was offered a scholarship to be a student in the Flip Secrets Mastermind Class for 6 weeks. I needed to meet the criterias to qualify for it; I got it and am currently making good use of this scholarship. At my time of need they accepted me into their program. Of course nothing in life is free, but I was given an opportunity via the scholarship to be guided by Flip Secrets' coaches, experts and mentors to get a chance to kick-started with my dream to be a real estate investor. It is a chance that I have never dreamt of happening. I could not afford a mentorship with my current income, now a scholarship to be in this platform is just beyond belief. I want to convey my sincere gratitude to the leaders, Jacob Leicht and the whole team in Flip Secrets for allowing me to learn/work and earn in fulfilling my dream as a real estate investor. Can say from the time of my initial purchase May 2022 to today Jan 2025 there have been significant improvements to the offer not just in building of a community but to the coaching provided to students!

Amazing coaches, awesome teaching, and very cool community networking system that allows busy professionals to still have access to learn, grow and stretch yourself through knowledge and umderstanding! Lots of great people to connect with and surround yourself with like minded individuals seeking to improve themselves.

I am enjoying the program thus far as there is all the information and support needed to be successful. It's a lot of information to get through but it's well done, with interactive enthusiasm and provides support through accountability calls.

I have been in the program a little more than one week and it is already paying off! A lot of information really good explained by Jake in detail, helpful material to make it easy on the searching, and the most important it's a beautiful community working together to make you feel part of it. Sam is super dedicated, helpful and solving all your questions on the meantime. Julia following up every time on my progress makes it super easy. I already have a house undercontract in my first week thanks to all their information.

I became a Flip Secrets Masterclass student during Thanksgiving week and had many other priorities happening during the holidays in December too. The wonderful thing about the Flip Secrets Masterclass is that it's a "Learn at Your Own Pace" education. I thought I'd feel pressure to stay on a fast pace like many other students are on but I've been able to make my own schedule.
I've had amazing support from my Accountability Coach who helps me weekly stay on track. She gives me great personal advice and understands when I am falling a little behind because of other priorities. She has awesome suggestions that help keep me headed on the right path. She builds my confidence and after speaking with her once per week, I feel like, and know, I'll do well!
