Return/Exchange service is poor. Make sure you buy if you very sure about the color. I ordered a rug and in reality color was light blue instead of dark blue which does not suit my living room. The flooring guys not only charge for delivery but also 20% restocking fee which is unusual then other stores.

Also note, I only had an issue with color but product in general was good quality with competitive price.

Quick response and quick product availability

Surprised to be asked to review while still not having received my item ordered on 15/02/2023. I would appreciate contact re delivery of my rug asap.

Great prices and delivery was spot on time (had to wait a little longer as we're in a rural area) Brought the 'Emotion 77 Green rug' it's more bright white and the pattern doesn't stand out as much as in the photo, but the quality is amazing and I was worried how lumpy it would look- flattened itself out within half hr. So worth the purchase. Now looking for another.

I was happy with the website and ease of ordering. My disappointment was with communication. After waiting 2 days after the due date my rug was supposed to be delivered( and no sign of the rug) I contacted the tracking company (no fault of the Flooring guys). The automated response told me to take the tracking up with The Flooring Guys. Which I did. I was told that The Flooring guys would look into my missing rug and get back to me within half an hour. That was 5 hours ago. Business hours are now closed. Still no idea what has happened to my rug. Please call customers when you say you will call.

I’m updating my review from previously. I moved it from one star to three.

One star because fulfillment took a month with misleading information and poor communication.

Now three stars because after a long wait the Rugs did finally arrive and I am happy with the value for the end product. One rug was tightly rolled and had two major kinks in it due to the fold which took more than two weeks to flatten with heavy objects on it to weigh down. But after much effort, it was good value and the look we wanted.

So end verdict: if you want a good price and are willing to be extremely patient then it’s ok. But if you have high standards then just pay more elsewhere.

Overall I would only consider ordering again if I had months lead time.

The rug I purchased is of same quality as other leading retailers but was $200 cheaper, including delivery to regional VIC, postage may have taken a little longer but I blame that on where I’m located over anything else! So glad I found this cheaper alternative to Temple&Web’s version! Literally look exactly the same. Save your money! Buy through TheFlooringGuys!

Love the rug I purchased. Did not receive much communication from The Flooring Guys regarding my order but it did arrive within a decent timeframe.
The rug is lovely and suits my new dining room perfectly.

Ordered item before Christmas I was not able to pick it up until the 3rd of January because I was out of town until then they said I couldn't pick it up till the 9th because that's when they reopen so I said could you deliver it before you shut down for the year because I need it on the 3rd to start the project and they said yes they could it is now the 8th and I haven't been able to contact them this whole time and theorder has still not arrived

Reasonable price and good quality for my budget. Easy transaction and over the holiday period.

Ordered on Dec 18 haven’t received my package despite 2 day dispatch communication. Store now closed till Jan 9 no one can confirm arrival.

Goods still not available for collection 16 days after order submitted. Three phone calls to follow up. Brisbane warehouse awaiting delivery from Melbourne. Is it coming by pack horse? Won’t be using this company again

Easy ordering, had to cancel as we ordered wrong size. Refund back in bank, ordered right size and it arrived within a week and it is now beautifully gracing our lounge room floor. Great price too!

The Rug is lovely and well priced.
I had a bad experience with the delivery/courier and the company was impossible to contact.
The Flooring Guys were great ,they refunded my money so as I could choose to purchase elsewhere. The rug eventually showed up 3 weeks later. I called Vincent at the Flooring Guys to let him know, and agreed to repurchase.
I can only say wonderful customer service!
