£50 for the worlds tiniest bouquet of flowers that died within 3 days even though they were looked after properly

Hi Adam, thank you for your feedback, and we're sorry to hear the bouquet didn't last as long as expected.
We wanted to reassure you that the Colour Symphony bouquet was made with premium, good quality flowers throughout, with no foliage used, and was approximately 100cm including the wrapping. Photos of the finished bouquet were taken and sent before dispatch, and your order came to £50 in total (£45 for the flowers, £5 for delivery).
The days around your delivery were quite warm, with temperatures of 27°C on the day of ordering and 29-30°C over the following days. Unfortunately, warm weather like this can shorten how long fresh flowers last, even when they've been well looked after and are of good quality — it's simply the nature of fresh flowers in the heat rather than any issue with the bouquet itself.
We're sorry the experience didn't fully meet your expectations, and we appreciate you taking the time to share your thoughts with us.
