Smashed it! Partner thrilled.

Ordered a bouquet to be delivered to my partner for Valentine's Day. The flowers were in great condition and lasted much longer than supermarket efforts, keeping her smiling for a fortnight or more whenever she saw them.

It was such a success I made a trip to the shop today to get Mother's Day sorted and was blown away by the displays. Helpful, friendly and knowledgeable staff took the time to help and whipped up a cracking bouquet that will knock my Mum's socks off. Even bought a cactus for my desk at work while I was in there. Won't be using anyone else or supermarkets again.

Beware: rudest staff EVER

I entered the shop happy. Sun was shining, I'd had a fun night out the day before, the morning was going to plan, I thought I'd buy some bedding plants. I am not a knowledgeable gardener so I asked Assistant One a question. I was shocked by their response: short-tempered impatience emphasised by muttering and slamming items around. When they were unable to answer a subsequent question about perennials, they called Assistant Two. Same exact attitude plus speed talking in a condescending tone. Despite this hideous reception, I selected plants because they were pretty. As I carried the armful to the desk to pay, Assistant Three (only man working - mid task) smiled warmly and I felt a little joy return, until Assistant Four walked directly into my path, stopped in the centre of aisle, blocked my passage and turned their back on me. I said excuse me and they snapped at me! I dumped my selection on the desk and left before my whole day was ruined by these awful people. It should be against the law to transmit such dark vibes into the atmosphere.

Flowers “ as nature intended “ REALLY, what half dead.?

I only gave this shop one star because I couldn’t see how I could access the website to review it otherwise.
To be honest it’s not worth any stars.

My sister ordered a bouquet from them Online from Australia.
I received it Friday 25th September , it was left on the doorstep, understandably with the covid pandemic.
However when, two minutes after they were left my husband got them in they looked as if they had been sat on the doorstep about two days.
I was so shocked at the dried, curled state of some of the roses so I rang the shop straight away to complain.
I was asked to send a picture of the flowers to the shop which I did.
It was obviously not a good picture ( I’d taken a picture of the various dried flowers to show the condition of them )
The manager replied & asked me to send a picture of the whole bouquet , which I did.
However I did not receive a reply or confirmation of receipt of the second picture .
I e mailed again and asked if the picture had been received and what was their intention and could they advise me before I posted my review & pictures on Trustpilot.

I did then receive a reply from the manager saying she attached a picture of the same batch of flowers that she had in the shop, but she had not sent an attachment !
Her comments , in response to the condition of tge flowers ?.
“ the flowers are all fine & fresh “ .
She then went on to name the flowers in turn and said
“ this is how nature intended them to be “
Really ????? What half dead the day they were sent out.?
Furthermore, she said she was “ dismayed by my aggression & threat to which there is no relevance & extremely unnecessary “.

I did not threaten her, I merely pointed out that if I was not going to receive a reply I would add that fact to my review, not good customer service to be ignored was my thinking !

What was very annoying, besides , more importantly my sister being ripped off by the shop, at no point did I receive one scrap of an apology , even at the start, no “I’m so sorry please send some pictures and we’ll look into it “
No , it was a case of I’m wrong, their flowers are perfect, of course she would say that .

They won’t see the weekend out, if I could I’d take them back to the shop and tell her where to put them!
“ as nature intended “ my eye, They were half dead when they were sent out Friday and by tomorrow they’ll be completely dead.

Of course I would say to anybody to stay clear of this shop, I would definitely not recommend it.If you want some lovely flowers go to Tesco or Asda, for what they charged for this bunch ( approximately £50 ) You could get 5 lovely bouquets in a supermarket and they’ll last a week & more.

SHAMEFUL !!!!!

I wish I knew how to add pictures of the bouquet advertised online and the one I received , as different as chalk & cheese .
Their website shows a beautiful, large, what I would call “ proper “ bouquets , my flowers are a rather puny bunch of dried , shrivelled up flowers & leaves .
Don’t be mislead by their website !

In respect of their comment my flowers “ are as nature intended “ all I must say is If nature intended flowers to be like that, then nature is VERY cruel.
