Had a small issue with my order not fully matching the website images, but the company handled it really well. Their customer service was quick to respond and they sent an extra bouquet as a goodwill gesture, which I really appreciated.

The flowers were fresh and overall I’m happy with how they resolved it-great customer service!

Very Impressive service. Ordered some last minute flowers which were delivered an hour after I placed the order. Customer service has been excellent. I was contacted on whatsapp about my order, informing me of it being all confirmed. Once delivered they sent pictures of the delivery note and items. I have no hesitations about placing another order with them. Most definitely will be using their services again.

Just taken delivery of a box of flowers and a fruit basket, both delivered in excellent condition, considering we live Bahria Town Karachi which is 35 kilometres from The Flower Studio.

The delivery man took ten minutes to ensure the presentation was correct.
