Shocking after sale service

I am disabled and bought these socks due to the non slip sole. Socks are satisfactory but once these people have their money, after sale service is shocking. I had an issue with their invoice which I needed amending and they point blank refused to assist. This was a simple request but they just couldn't be bothered helping. Just wanted me to go away. In 10 years this is the only company that has refused to help with this request.

About the invoice: we did provide a valid tax invoice and made a change when you asked. The part we couldn't action was adding specific detailed product feature wording to it - a tax invoice is a legal document set by ATO rules, showing the seller, items, price, and GST rather than product or marketing descriptions. Those details are listed in full on our website product page, which your provider can use alongside the invoice.

Excellent service and fast delivery…

Excellent service and fast delivery from Aussie warehouse. The actual sizes don't seem to match up though. My feet are size 9, so the medium size should fit easily, but I think the large size would be better.

I bought these for my daughter who has…

I bought these for my daughter who has 2 auto immune diseases. Lupus and Sjogrens syndrome. They have been a godsend. With her auto immune issues she gets extremely painful cold feet especially in winter. She has felt a amazing difference with these. Thankyou

Really impressed

Bought a pair for my elderly mum who, even in the hot weather complains of cold feet. They arrived really quickly in very cute packaging. She was over the moon with them - she even had to take off the socks she had on underneath! So I ordered her 4 more pairs.
