I wish I had checked here before ordering as I have had the same experience as many of the people here. I ordered from them 6 weeks ago and are yet to see the goods. I have had to contact them several times in which they blamed stocking issues and they had rearrange a new delivery date. Again my order still had not arrived. They have since rearranged another two delivery dates and it still hasn’t arrived. I have now requested a full refund. Let’s hope that this is a bit simpler. I do NOT recommend ordering from this company.

Friendly, efficient, and professional service after The Forest & Co initially delivered the incorrect product. Kindly offered an upgrade for the inconvenience at no extra charge. The product I received made for a beautiful 80th birthday gift. Thank you!

I ordered a trinket box on 14th January and as of today I am still waiting for it to be delivered. Whilst I cannot fault the continued communication I am receiving, unfortunately it is just a string of messages apologising for and amending the delivery date. I’m disappointed that at the point of order I wasn’t made aware there were likely to be significant delays to the delivery of my item, and throughout the communications, whilst I have been advised I can cancel my order, I have had no offer of a refund or other goodwill gesture if I continue with the order. Really disappointed, but will continue to wait given I really want the item….. wish me luck I might have it by this time next year……

After my less than perfect review, yesterday, I have been contacted by the company. Having realised the issue I had with my order, they kindly offered a higher priced item or a refund, pronto. I appreciated the offer, but I’m still holding out for the ravello vase in future 😊

Poor communication and service. Ordered glasses via not on the high street. Slow delivery and incorrect item sent. Then very slow response to emails . Eventually received a refund but only after involving not on the high street directly. Will never use again.

Purchased a scarf with birth flower, should be a daffodil for March, looks more like a dandelion. £37! Not sure I can gift it, it's nothing special.

I have ordered an expensive item from this company (a floor lamp) two months ago. Since then not only did I not receive the lamp (despite paying over 66 GBP for overseas shipping), but my emails have also been left without a response. Would not recommend!

Purchased lights on-line via Not on the High Street, a month ago, waited 2 weeks and no correspondance from the company, asked customer services to chase them, they amended the delivery dates, that date has come and gone.
Called Elaine at the store, said she was waiting for the suppliers ro contact her re tbe delayed arrival, sadly still waiting for the return call!

AMAZING service!! Royal mail did not deliver the birthday present I ordered in time so The Forest & Co kindly sent me a replacement with express overnight delivery. This gift was key to the present so would not have been the same without it. My friend was delighted with her present so a BIG thank you.

I placed an order on 25 Jan., but three weeks later have still not received my items, still not received a single status update and my three follow-ups have been ignored. Forest & Co. were quick to take my money though! Stay away from this company.

Purchased this scarf for a friend, had birthday month flower and name embroidered on…the quality of the scarf, was outstanding, far out surpressed the price, the detail in the flower was accurate to the finest petal and the stitching of my friends name was very refined..An overall ecxellent service…

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. I ordered a wedding gift in August 2023 and have still not received it, it’s February 2024, and have had zero communication from them, yet have emailed 5 times myself. Theyve kept my money and not sent the item pit

I had a personalised scarf made. The company contacted me to say there was one day delay in posting and I should receive it 29/1/24.
I had not received it by 30/1 Abby was panicking as it was a leaving present.
The company went above and beyond making a new scarf and despatching it.
The scarf just arrived in time
