I have used the Fork twice to book a table for a meal, once in London and once in Funchal. Both times the restaurant had not received the booking. Fortunately they were both very obliging and fitted us in but I will not be using the Fork again. Do not recommend as it is very embarrassing.

Used twice, restaurant didn't apply discount, not worth arguing so app is a bit pointless

I was mistreated by the restaurant. They declared that clients with offers from Fork must stay on the terrace ( more exactly in the street, in front of restaurant ) . Because I didn't accepted to stay outside, in cold (when the restaurant was empty !), they declared "no show". I made a complaints at the quality department of Fork. They didn't gave me satisfaction. So, I was discriminated by the restaurant and Fork show me they doesn't care about me ! The "no show" statement is still there, You didn't erase it. Maybe it's time to renounce at this type of "services".

The Fork messed up our booking and sent the wrong date to the restaurant. The staff were incapable of addressing the issue meaning we were unable to eat. I would not trust The Fork with a booking again after this frustrating and embarrassing incident.

TheFork closed my account. Can't redeem yourself or get an explaination from support for exact reason. I used it for a few reservations and it worked great and suddenly my account got closed. Why is it impossible to unlock the account and get a reason and solution to solve this case? My collected yums are now expired after a year. Mails don't get answered. Support chat can't tell me anything. Dissapointed because I liked the system.

Wish I could give zero stars. Initiated a booking with my Yums and then had to cancel it. Cancelled it days in advance. Yums were refunded, but had to use them up within 2 months (had no idea that was the case). Went away on holidays to a place where there are no Fork restaurants and logged into the app to see that I lost 2000 points due to this expiry. Normally they would have expired in December. Very disappointing, swear I won't use it again.

I’m not happy because I cannot spend my yums with a value of 50€ that elapses
on Sept. 30. When I tried to pay with them last Friday at Bap Sain in Paris, I could not do it. The restaurant owner tried to help but the app didn’t offer me the possibility to do so.

Always more than happy to used the restaurant booking system that TheFork operates. It is safe, secure and efficient.

Honestly it's a useless App to me. First off it's not present where I Live and in Sicily it only covers the bad restaurants. Add to that a UI that makes a booking experience horrible and a points system in which it takes ages to get them and you have a recipe for a disaster. I prefer doing it my own way and search myself - the app simply makes choosing and booking too frustrating .

Its very usefull for select restaurants in island wide.

Visa with Forkpay gives no yums. No good. Everybody pays with Visa. Just a way to sponsor Mastercard and discourage reliable clients.

Very helpful and reliable site for helping choose restaurants particularly when visiting EU countries. In some circumstances we have been offered a discount on our food bill as a result of booking through The Fork.

Easy to book , great choice of quality restaurants , no need for pre credit card and lots of offers. What’s not to like

I have used the Fork for a while now but am wondering what the advantage of doing so is.
On a recent trip to Porto I booked several restaurants via the Fork but was quite disappointed in that we were allocated very poor seat choices either next to the kitchen, the bar or actually in a corridor area between the restaurant and the bar! So my question is what does the Fork add to the dining experience?
