Well, I was very sceptical at first to order my ingredients reading the reviews here. But not only I can assure that they were very quick to reply by email and even provided a mobile number to contact on any queries. The products arrived on time exactly as stated and the only thing that concerned me was the packaging, hence my 3star review (I would have given a 5 otherwise!). I hope that in future they will use glass containers with sealed lids so that they are not opened until the customer does it. Also there should be proper labeling with all the certification and product details with the expiry dates correctly displayed. I will definitely order again providing that the packaging is improved.

I have purchased several times from The Formulary. Everything is first class, extremely fairly priced, when compared to some other suppliers, and have worked beautifully in my products. They have always arrived within the due expected date. I couldn’t be happier! Thank you.

I purchased some ingredients from this company in October, they arrived all sticky and most of them were leaking. There was no expiry date or documents in general.
I tried to contact The Formulary through their website, but they never got back to me despite the several emails I have sent. I have been purchasing ingredients from different suppliers a few years now and I have never received such poor, non-existent customer service. I lost my money, I cannot use the ingredients-I do not recommend buying from The Formulary.

THE FORMULARY IS A SCAM, THEY REFUNDED £22 AS PARTIAL REFUND AND MY ORDER IS £155. BY THE WAY NO ONE ANSWERS THE EMAIL. DO NOT ORDER HERE!!!!
