Specially the last one I order the wrong perfume Armani prive and when I contacted Emma on instagram she was helpful and ask for me to return the parcel and when I provided her with the delivery information and ones she verified the product she send me the one that I wanted. I have received it and all I can say is fantastic.

I ordered two shower gels by Molton Brown, they arrived in perfect condition and in good time.
I was kept informed as to the delivery status and will order more if available.
The only reason I rated with 4 stars was you have to pay postage and on EBay the matching body lotions were free postage.
Although EBay are probably a bigger organisation.

Another incorrect order
Another incorrect order! Wrong perfume sent & company act as though it’s the fault of the buyer!! Still awaiting the correct perfume more than 2 weeks later.
Overall AWFUL company, they don’t take it responsibility for their failings & put the onus on the buyer. The potential savings are simply not worth it.
