Sven and the free website guys built my new website over the course of some months. The communication with the team by mail was always very clear, very friendly constructive and very helpful. They always answered to my questions in time and very clear. They have also asked for some extra features, like special colours which I could choose for the headlines and the "pro"-theme. Although I am living in Germany, this has not made a difference within the communication and services. didn't actually get around to having the website done and 12 months later they took $85 off me with no warning. Sent 5 emails with no response. Eventually got a reply after i raised a dispute (went into their spam folder apparently)
then refunded me (minus $30 for admin fee as i'd raised it with the bank!) and nor claim I signed up for it which i didn’t and had to chase 5 times and have the emails to prove it

The website made by TheFreeWebsiteGuys looks beautiful and professionally made. The FreeWebsiteGuys were available to answer my questions and set up the website as I wanted it.

I paid the fee for website twice. The second time after paying and them getting my money. Now no response, no return email nothing. THEY JUST got MY MONEY THATS ALL .BE VERY CAREFUL USING THIS SITE. IM 150$ lost. Stay away from this site or lose money .

At first I was a bit skeptical when I saw the ad for "build for free" because there are so many 'free' things out there in cyberspace that will cost you an arm and a leg. But I am glad that I decided to check it out, and WOW, was I surprised.

Sven and his team of developers and designers did give me a website that I could not have done (on my own or otherwise) without giving up an arm and a leg. They hooked me up good. And they have access to so many choices and resources that I would not even know existed.

And one thing that I liked about their policy is that they ALWAYS let you decide which direction you want to go, so the client is in control at all times. With others, because its 'free' then you get what they chose for you, even if it does not work for you.

I can't say enough for these guys. I am truly a 100% satisfied customer and trust me when I tell you, it was wort it.

These are scammers hooking up with a foreign company, IONOS, to collect money for them. They avoid being charged in the United States by using a foreign entity. They'll ask you for a "small favor" to register your website names with IONOS, then IONOS collects the money. The Free Website guys is Not Free". They never built a website for me they just got paid thru IONOS. Then the slew of meaningless emails come to confuse you. Sven is the one that calls you to make a deal. Shameful.
