Dear Sir,

As per our records, you had two accounts: 73314 and 70841, and both accounts were breached due to violations of the Maximum Total Loss Limit rule.

Both accounts were $10,000 One-Step Accounts in the Funded Phase, where the maximum total loss allowed is 6% of the initial account balance, which equals $600.

Account ID 73314 recorded a total loss of $983, which exceeded the allowed limit of $600.
Account ID 70841 recorded a total loss of approximately 21%, totaling $2,150, which significantly exceeded the maximum permitted loss limit.

As a result, both accounts were automatically breached in accordance with the firm's risk management rules.

We would like to suggest that if you have any questions or doubts regarding the firm's rules, please take some time to review them carefully on our website. A clear understanding of the rules can help prevent similar violations in future challenges.

Thank you

I passed the funded account of 5k$

I passed the funded account of 5k$, it was like I made upto 1650$, just left 2 days for payout, I traded did loss, didn't breached the single rule, I was truly disappointed by their glitch, I have done loss the day before showed, some amount left, when I traded in the afternoon, showed daily loss limit 250$ remaining, I traded looking that, so did loss 137$, they didn't breached that day, I closed for the day, they send me email, sataurday afternoon, account failed, daily limit exceed, but I was waiting for payout tomorrow, they counted my previous loss and afternoon loss and showed me the account failure, where I was scam showing 250$ loss limit, I have 1000$ payout coming, truly heartbreaking for me, this was my 1st payout, got scammed, never using, trust issues.

Sir,

After reviewing your account (ID: 153766), we can confirm that it was breached due to a Daily Loss Limit violation.

You have a $5,000 Two-Step Account in the Funded Phase, where the maximum daily loss allowed is $250.

On June 12, 2026, your total daily loss reached $292, which exceeded the permitted limit of $250. As a result, your account was automatically breached in accordance with the firm's risk management rules.

We kindly recommend reviewing your trading history as well as the firm's rules for a better understanding of how the daily loss limit is calculated.

If you have any further questions, please feel free to reach out.

Thank you

Too Slow execution happening when…

Too Slow execution happening when actual trading invironment. Passed the two step account moved to real funded but whenever I traded in funded account it's really very quick by hitting SL but whenever it's about TPs prices goes above it but it's takes time to move that candles because of lack of real movement. Too much rules that contained by trading in XAUUSD, I Trade in gold only but because of slippage it hits 3 percent pair rule and loose profitable account. I don't recommend it.

Disappointed by Support Despite Being a Loyal TFR Trader
I have been following Mayank Sir for a long time and have always appreciated the education and guidance provided. In fact, I have previously received a payout of over $1,000, which is why I trusted the platform and continued trading with confidence.

However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing.

**Account ID:** 117311

My account was flagged for toxic trading because some trades were closed within 1–2 minutes. As per the rules, traders are allowed to continue trading and bring the toxic trading percentage below the 10% threshold. I followed the guidelines, continued trading responsibly, and successfully reduced my toxic trading percentage below the required limit.

What is shocking is that without any warning, clarification request, or proper communication, my account was suddenly failed and banned at the stage when I had become eligible for a payout. At the time of the ban, my account had generated more than **$2,200 in profits**, making the situation even more frustrating.

The biggest disappointment has been the support team. I have sent several emails requesting clarification and a review of my case, but I have not received any response or meaningful communication. As a trader who has trusted the platform for a long time and has already received payouts in the past, I expected a much higher level of transparency and customer support.

I am not questioning the rules; I am questioning the lack of communication and fair treatment. If there was an issue, it should have been clearly communicated before the account was failed, especially after the toxic trading percentage had already been brought below the required threshold.

I sincerely request the TRF management to review my case and provide a proper explanation.

I hope platform improves its support process and trader communication going forward

Payout denial

Reply from The Funded Room

Sir,

Your payout was denied due to a rule violation on your account.

You had a $5,000 Two-Step Account in the Funded Stage. As clearly stated in our rules, under the 3% Per Pair Loss Rule, you cannot lose more than 3% of your initial account balance on the same trading pair in a single day.

Since your initial balance was $5,000, your maximum permitted loss per pair was $150.

On March 31, 2026, your total loss on XAU/USD reached $182, which exceeded the allowed limit of $150. As a result, your account was automatically breached due to a violation of the 3% Per Pair Loss Rule.

Because the account was breached, your payout request was denied in accordance with the firm's payout and risk management policies.

We kindly recommend reviewing the firm's rules carefully before participating in future challenges to avoid similar issues.

Thank you
