My trade history since 1st September do not counted in my dashboard! Also voyage app and Web is gone. Support of TFT does not answer. DISAPPOINTING PROP

They company seemed ok for the first few months. They changed platforms several times which is annoying but not the end of the world. Over a month ago during yet another platform change, the entire system went dark, no logins possible, no support, no information, nothing. Its as if every employee went home for the weekend and never returned. Absolute scammers, and criminal in my opinion.

What the hell is going on now? I see other people are having the same problem with TFT and VMarkets. 'Page Not Found.' Since yesterday Voyage Markets is gone. Are they still operational?

On 29.08.2025, the last trade was logged on the TFT Dashboard, even though my accounts were still active. By Friday morning (September 12, 2025), my accounts via mtr.voyagemarkets.net went OFFLINE mid-trade, 404 Not Found. TFT has stopped replying to emails and gone silent on public announcements. I usually give people the benefit of the doubt and even a second chance before judging, but this is clear evidence that TFT is once again screwing traders over. If you still believe in TFT and rate it more than 1 start at this point(should be Zero star), you’re either being paid, in denial, or lacking common sense. The truth is simple: TFT has betrayed its traders again. My advice, stay far away from anything tied to Angelo Ciaramello and his partners, unless you want to be their next victim.

My account number is 25015068. I had 2 trades running last night and was pretty close to reach the profit target target for that knight pro account. But then the match trader started showing 'Not Found' sign and I cant have access to my account while the trades were running. I have spent few weeks just to trade on this account and after all that hardwork, all I see is that the platform is not accessible.
I am SICK of your bloody BULLSHIT now which u do every few months and call it a part of migration rubbish and hassle people. Just close your firm and leave people alone. I don't want any useless offer or anything from your side anymore as your firm is broken and a complete rubbish. Just give my money back for what I paid for this account and bugger off.

I paid them for $400,000 worth of challenges in 2023. It is Q4 of 2025 now and they keep promising to give them to me eventually but never tell me when. I give up. FYI all their 5 star reviews are fake they tell the people that they owe money to and challenges to review them 5 stars so they can speed up the process of paying them what they owe you. But they give 5 star reviews and never get what they paid for or get their money stolen.

Don't believe check their discord yourself. Just go with another prop firm I promise you. THEY WILL NEVER PAY YOU. They have owed me my challenge accounts since 2023.

Dont bother. with these guys, go somewhere reliable like FTMO, Funded Next, E8 etc...

Ive been contacting support for 2 hours about my account and there has been no response. I tried to go to help center that the live chat keeps directing me to go t, to submit a support ticket but there is no information on it.

Just two hours ago, I was able to trade on your new platform and made $700 profit in Voyatch Market. Now, all of a sudden, I can’t even log in due to an error. Angelo, this is nothing but false hope and deception toward your customers. You clearly have no intention of fixing the issue. This is the worst brokerage experience I’ve ever had, and I hope your firm faces the downfall it deserves.

I purchased a challenge in March. Passed. I was never able to trade on funded account. I get no response. They're live chat is Ai giving you same general response every week. Looks like I was scammed

UPDATE, i am totally confused and unsatisfied on what is happening to them the minimum should reply by email or through chat, once on chat they ask you to send an email to support and vice versa. and more yesterday I was in a profitable position, the matchtrader by voyage broker is shutdown, and no one to talk even on discord.

Passed all phases, and got my funded account July 7th. I'd have to complete KYC before I could start trading on the funded account
Due to dashboard updates, KYC would be available July 14th.
Well, it is still not available. They are ignoring my messages. I can't use my funded account.
Would think twice before choosing this company.

Can not recommend this prop firm. its been a month and can not login into MT5 platform. There is no help at all, emails are not being replied.

Good funded account but rewarded circle for riski got my first payout

My experience with them was devastating, had I known I wouldn't have invested with them. I have lost thousand of dollars here. Thankfully, I heard about PAIVA through a colleague, and ever since I joined and invested with them, my payout and other rewards has been consistent.

I wanted to get an account worth $400,000 and $200,000 from this company. And I made the required payments, I paid for the $400,000 account in December 2023, and for the $200,000 account in February 2024. I successfully passed the exam and passed the verification to get $400,000. After a while, the company announced a break and announced that they would return in a new format. But the company did not give me the $400,000 account. Or they did not return the money I paid to this day. The same situation happened to 4 other friends of mine, each of whom paid for the $400,000 account exam and their money has not been returned to this day. This company deceived and scammed us.

well like i reported here earlier that they informed us about migration and the migration process was supposed to be finished till 18th of august according to their email.. i was trying to get in touch with them but it seems like all communication channels with their support was available at the time... and also along with no response there was no other notification or email from their side explaining the further delay so i thought they are in the wind maybe... but 27th of august i received an email from there side with the new credentials of the migrated account... so i would like to mention that here to as i mentioned that they arent responding ... lets see what happens next... what would they do when its time for payouts...

Every attempt to contact support failed. I have not received a single response to my query for over a week. I tried via Discord and email, where I was advised to contact support on the main website, which I had already done and still have not received a response, meaning there is no concrete way to contact support.
I couldn't log in into my Voyage Markets Trading Account since i got it as well.
Would give negative ratings if possible.

The Funded Trader, I cannot log into my actual broker account through CTrader. I couldn't log into my the Funded Trader account a couple of weeks ago, but even though that's managed to come together and I can log in now, it's not connected to my CTrader anymore. Is anyone else experiencing the same issue?
