I just wanted to say thank you so much to John and the team for making our family friendly, festival style wedding vision come to life!
The carousel we hired was so gorgeous, it really added to the whole fun atmosphere we wanted.
The kids absolutely loved it and I know we're going to get some lovely photos and memories from it.

The fun firm were brilliant from start to finish - booked for a school event and they were quick to respond to emails, took into account everything we asked for, and on the day arrived early, and were brilliant with the students! Fully recommend!

The Fun Firm were hired for a school experience. They arrived and set up in good time and collected the equipment with no hassle. The whole day was brilliant - the children thoroughly enjoyed using the garden games, especially the mini golf.

The fun firm have worked with us now for 2 years running on our programme targeted for children. We have had no issues at all. Staff are friendly and professional and overall a great team. I would thoroughly recommend using the Fun firm.

Used them for our work family fun day, hired a carousel and other bits, They were accommodating to our requests, very punctual and the staff manning the carousel were friendly and helpful. We will definitely be booking them again.

Dangerous Incident

Time: 4.50pm

I am writing to warn and express my deep concern over an incident that occurred on Saturday, 8th July at approximately 4:50 PM, involving one of your staff members, who I believe to be the owner or manager.

While enjoying jumping , my children and I witnessed this individual abruptly unplug a bouncy castle while children, including my own, were still on it. This reckless action caused the castle to deflate with children and baby inside, leading to a terrifying experience of screaming and crying for all involved. My children were horrified as they felt the castle collapsing on them and beneath them, all caught on camera.

I consider this more than just a safeguarding issue; it reflects a complete disregard for the safety and well-being of children. This individual’s actions are unacceptable and could have resulted in serious injury, when contacting the company i was met with blame and lies instead of apology, no remorse and it seems they think it's ok. PLEASE be aware of there dangerous practices!! pulling the plug on innocent children whilst still on the castle !! diabolical.

We held a large company event for around 450 people and hired the bungee trampoline as part of our park entertainment. The service provided was excellent and the trampoline was a very popular part of our day and enjoyed by all the children of all ages so a huge success! Would highly recommend

the last minute ride we hired was first class and charlee from the fun firm went above and beyond
