Our journey began in October 2019 when I was on maternity leave with my second child. Christmas had always been one of my favourite times of the year and after seeing a number Facebook posts advertising hand-made Christmas gifts, I realised how much I loved those items that made Christmas even more magical. I started off with the launch of our personalised letters from Santa, elf gifts and Christmas Wish bracelets. Excited and passionate, the ideas kept coming and I rapidly added more items to our collection. As more and more orders came in, my husband began helping me hand-make products and process orders. After Christmas, we had some time to reflect and we were overwhelmed by the number of orders, positive reviews and the success of our products. We started to plan and prepare for 2020 – completely unaware of the year ahead! Full of ideas and following the success of our ‘Pocket Hugs’, our business continued to grow quickly and more family members and friends joined our team. Didn't receive my goods and no refund
I ordered a personalised bed side lamp for little boy this Christmas.
Unfortunately this company use Hermes to deliver their goods, which is an issue in itself.
I never received my goods. So had nothing to give the little boy at Christmas.
Despite several attempts to contact Hermes, they have still not delivered the parcel.
I contacted this company who told me Hermes had now delivered the parcel.
To date, I still have not received any goods.
I have asked this company for a full refund and they responded immediately to say that as Hermes have said they have delivered the parcel, I need to contact them!
Do not try and purchase anything from this company as you won't receive your goods abd they will not give you a refund

Debra, many thanks for your review. Unfortunately when you ordered from us you forgot to put your street name and number on the order so when this item was sent out it never got to you as the parcel didn't have the correct address details on, it however got delivered to the incorrect address. As the item was delivered to the address you put on Hermes cannot do anything further with this as it was delivered to the address on the label. We tried to resolve this with hermes but as the incorrect address was put on by yourself this item never got delivered to you and was delivered to another address that you put on the order. We can't be held responsible for customers putting the incorrect address information when ordered thats the reason why we couldn't refund this purchase for you as it was 100% not our fault.
