And never reply any emails I have bought a dining table for chairs for £289:99 from this company Online
and the company never send my table and chairs
After 4 days send me 1 email to say out of stock
and he never refund my money and
I’m trying to chase them from PayPal to get my money back
And that was 5weeks ago
I have sent them more than 5 to 7 ..emails never reply
Please please do not buy anything you will not get item and you will not get the money back
Don’t waste your money on your time

I have recently ordered a chest of drawers from this company. I emailed them today to ask about dispatch details and I instantly got a reply from Peter. He very kindly amd professionally informed me there is an issue with the consignment company and there was a slight delay. I wanted to write a review as this is not the company's fault and in my experience I have found them to be extremely helpful and professional. I read so many negative comments and I wanted to share my experience and to say that I have been very impressed with the company even in these early stages. Kindness amd politeness costs nothing and I hate to see company's being given negative reviews especially in the world we live in just now. We should be supporting businesses and helping them to get through this difficult time not slandering them amd throwing them to the wolves. Some.people.will always put negative feedback regardless of how purchases go. I.for one what to commend this company for their customer service. I will update my review when I receive my order which im sure will be a smooth transaction and further positive review.

This seller advertised cheap wood as solid oak, with a no quibble 30 day return policy. Not so! He argued aggressively throughout my request for a refund demanding I keep chairs that were not fit for purpose and bad quality. This seller also purchased an item on my seller account Just to leave me negative feedback even after I left him positive feedback so it would not affect his business and employees. This business owner sells cheap furniture which is overpriced and poor quality - avoid at all costs. Save up and go with a reputable company is my advice. I only wish I had googled this poor seller before buying from them. If you google reviews you can always find the truth. I have fully documented proof that this is a 100% truthful account of my negative experience with the furniture place U.K.

The furniture was very well packaged and good quality. Communication from the Company and courier was excellent throughout the transaction.

Purchased a coast round kitchen table. Unbelievable price, same item available at other stores including a major retailer at twice the price.
Delivery was very quick.
Unfortunately after four months one of the legs developed a fault.
With no quibble I received a new leg within 24hrs, amazing service.

Ordered a dining set on the Tuesday, delivered on Thursday, kept updated with delivery date and time, Arrived as arranged fantastic quality for price paid, Highly recommend this company. Will definitely use again and recommend to friends and family. Many many thanks.

What a really professional bunch of guys, I was furnishing my Step-Daughters home and bought a lot of items from their website, obviously there's always a little concern when spending a lot of cash but not here, I was kept notified at every point and sent a dispatch notification and tracking so that I could monitor the delivery which was easy enough, even with the volume of items I bought (17) I did have an issue with a damaged bed part, emailed the site and had a response within hours and the replacement part sent next day again with tracking, you just can't ask anymore than that, highly recommended to everyone looking for furniture!
