just wanted to give 10 stars for Asher & Dan's awesome customer service. i feel like they always respond quickly and go above and beyond to make me feel heard . i have traded a few prop firms but this one is the one with the speediest customer service and they are able to accommodate for any billing issues that i've had and have been able to sort all of the things out.

Complete platform for TFDX, they have all tools, chart, volume, journaling, and much more, so traders can doing all in one platform.

Customer service has been great about answering all my questions and helping me with things I was stuck on, thanks Fiel. The companies commitment to the success of their traders is second to none. I am very impressed with TFD's website, plans and policies because they are easy to understand. They don't impose restrictive rules like many competitors, which is refreshing. When I signed up (after hours), there was a small glitch on the website, which the CS chat rep quickly helped me work through. Very professional. Good prices. The dashboard was a bit overkill for my taste but I can see how they are trying to separate themselves from other prop firms

The ease and communication, and response time were like no other. I was able to switch my platform after my mistake. Overall TFD, I have been able to perform the best compared with all accounts/firms.

I am only in the evaluation phase, but so far everything has been seamless, and I love the journaling option in their X platform.

If as a trader you think that you have an edge and you are making money in the market. Anyhow, you are giving your profits back to the market because of over trading and over sizing. This happens to every trader right before there break or make moment. From experience, i will tell you that the future desk is the firm you need to be disciplined and consistent. Just while purchasing the eval, the contract limit decrease to 1 mini or 10 micros and try to complete the eval in as less days as possible i.e 12 days. This way you can’t even oversize or overtrade. Apart from this there are many more benefits of the future desk. If you wanna choose trading as a career then this is your firm and if you are more type of gambling trader then there are many other firms. So far, the future desk has been the best choice for me because you can litterally customise your accounts according to your style of trading.

Although its only been a little over a week since I started with them, the experience has been flawless so far. The TFDx system works well and has fantastic dashboard, reports and analytics. It also has an inbuilt journal that works very well. I highly recommend TFD

The best in the business
This is my second experience using a prop fund, so far I have nothing but positive things to say. They have a fantastic trading platform next generation journaling and all market data is free. They seem to want there traders to succeed in the markets. Top job TFD keep up the good work!

Rules are clear, support is really good, the trading desk they offers is amazing to journal your trades and see all kind of stats, plans are configurables and at a not bad price.

I purchased a 25K plan but couldn’t connect it to NinjaTrader 8. They offered to credit the amount I had already paid to my account so I could activate it using their platform, but I had to go through the activation process again.
When I repeated the process, they charged me again. Their explanation was that the first payment would be credited towards future charges — but that means I’m paying twice. As of today, the credit still hasn’t appeared in my account. If it ever does, I will reconsider and update this review.
Update: The transaction was canceled, so no refund was needed. Support was fast, clear, and very helpful, resolving the issue right away. I’m happy to update my review and will gladly be the next client of this prop!
