Customer service was very, very rude and quite racist. I'm not even black but I was called the N word for wanting a refund and not wanting the 10% discount. Was called cheap and a scumbag. Definitely avoid these people.

What I ordered is not what I recieved. I paid a lot for shipping and not only were the products incorrect but the quality is extremely poor.

First sign of trouble is no tracking number provided after the purchase, I had to email customer service to get the tracking number. And when I put in the tracking number, a bit surprised to find out it is being shipped directly from China. This company is probably just a shell company being ran by some amateurs. After receiving the product, it is indeed cheaply made, so I emailed customer service and demand to return and get a refund according to their "30 day refund policy". initial email went unanswered, after a few tries, finally got hold of somebody, and she offered a 10% discount instead of return, I refused and demand a full refund, then she said the request has been escalated to the "proper department" and then that is the last of it, no response to my further request, and of course no refund or whats so ever. They are totally sam, avoid at all cost!

Oh how I wish I’d done some research before wasting my money with this company. The parcel got stuck with Evri for over a week once it finally arrived in the uk (another reason to avoid as Evri are the worst courier service, and they don’t advertise that they use them), so I looked up how to report a missed parcel to them, which is rolled into their extremely restrictive and probably not legal in the UK or EU return policy. I made the missing parcel report, but before it was answered (and after 2 days) the parcel finally turned up. I would actually liked to have returned this, but as it didn’t come with a bow and the return policy says it must be unopened and in the bow, I can’t. It is utter cheap rubbish that smells and will need washing before I can use it. The only positive is that I appear to have actually been sent one of the few long ones in existence, as most of the reviews say that it wasn’t as long as the pictures (and if you look at their return policy they say length isn’t a reason to return).

Full of excuses. Don’t give this business your money.

Product was ordered on December 11, as of this morning December 23 it has not shipped from the business location. Christmas was very skinny this year and this was one of the big things I was getting my wife so Christmas will be even skinnier. I did reach out and get somebody on the phone about 7 days ago and they said they would expedite. Obviously that didn’t work. I’m considering canceling the order but I would still like for my wife to have the item.

No response to inquiries, no information re delivery time, slow to ship ( we'll see if at all) - a costly lesson in FaceBook scamming. Wish I'd read the reviews first. STEER CLEAR.

The hoodies depicted on the website are definitely not the hoodies you receive. They are much cheaper and definitely not worth even the sale price. They are described as plush and oversized
but the actual material used is cheap and not of good quality. Plus, I'm only 5'3, and the hoodie came about mid-calf, so not the floor length hoodies depicted in the pictures, unless the models are all well under 5 ft tall. For the hoodie to fit the way it's depicted in the pictures, I think I would need to try it on my 10-year-old niece, or possibly the 8-year-old.

Spent A$190 for the couples pack. From the photos on the website they looked nice and long and thick. Once received I am very disappointed in how short they are ( only shin length I am 5ft 2in) and cheap thin material. Not warm at all. My dressing gown is warmer!. Total rip off and not recommended. 😡😡😡

Advertised in AUD charged in USD. Do not answer emails. 5-8 day delivery a lie.
Tracking confusing and item did not arrive. Now after 3 weeks, I have to try and get my $116.00 back!

Purports to be an Australian company, but ships from China and charges in USA $.
Item is small, and very short, barely knee length on a person 5'8"
Rubbish quality, comments on face book get deleted, no response to emails.

Do not recommend. Currency hidden until last moment. Misleading on sizes.
I emailed them to cancel order as charged usd. They do not do cancelations. Misinterpret their return policy to my disadvantage.
They also blocked me from commenting on facebook.
Customer service is not helpful and threatened me.
Complaint to my bank and got refund 😮‍💨

This is the best purchase I have made in a long long time. I was sceptical at first but I’m so happy I placed an order. It is the perfect length and the quality is to die for. Have not taken it off since it arrived and it is definitely keeping me warm this winter in Aus. Also, The customer service person “Matt” was so friendly and helpful when I had a questions. I have recommended this to all of my friends and family. So happy with it!

I received my super fuzzy order a couple of weeks ago, but have only just maned to get around to trying it on.
ABSOLUTELY DISAPPOINTED!!!
I emailed b4 I bought these for the length.
It's measured from the top of the hood and not the shoulders as it should be. SO DISAPPOINTED. Also one size fits all - yeah right, would not fit bigger than me and I'm not that huge.
Yes warm but would not have bought them if I had know they only come just below the knees.
Also ordered from Aus, paid for in American dollars and shipped from China.
FEELING TOTALLY RIPPED OFF.

Poor quality, the material was thin and sewing was irregular. The size of the item I received was much smaller than what was advertised in the photos.
Took almost a month to arrive and was shipped from China even though the company advertises itself as being Aussie.
The worst part was despite being advertised as Aussie owned etc all over the website, the final price is in USD and doesn’t state that the anywhere until right at the end of the check out process.
I wrote to them to complain about this but their customer service was appalling. I have returned mine for a refund and had to pay another $25 for postage. Looks like other people have also fallen prey to this tactic.

Absolutely love my Fuzzy! It’s really great quality and it is the perfect size. The customer service is extremely helpful. I put in the wrong colour and they were able to help straight away. I have recommended it to everyone.
