For landlords, we handle leasing and tenant selection, rental appraisals, routine inspections and condition reporting, rent collection and arrears, repairs and maintenance, lease renewals and rent reviews, and end of lease and bond management. For tenants, we aim to make renting straightforward, with maintenance answered properly and inspections that are not a formality.
