Nice prints but zero customer service

I am so utterly disappointed in this shop. I had longed for a print, and finally ordered one on sale. The print arrived in perfect condition. However, the shop marked the parcel with much higher value than the actual value, so I had to pay extra VAT and customs fee when the parcel arrived in my country. I tried to get in touch with the shop but they refuse to reply, not even an apology. To me this lack of customer service to even acknowledge the situation makes me distrust the shop completely.

Excellent experience and fabulous artwork 😊

I placed my first order with The Gallery Wall just a few days ago and my order arrived promptly this morning. The prints are fabulous quality and are absolutely beautiful!! I'm so so pleased with my order and will be looking to purchase more artwork in the near future 😁

I absolutely love my print

I absolutely love my print! I wanted a print to put in a closed off kitchen hatch, and The Gallery Wall delivered! It’s such good quality, arrived super quick, and was a good price
