Horrible customer service

This has been one of the most frustrating experiences I’ve had with a hosting service. I requested that my server be cancelled immediately because I couldn’t afford it anymore, and while they confirmed the cancellation, I was still charged afterward.
When I reached out for a refund, support simply told me it wasn’t possible, with no real explanation or effort to help resolve the situation. It feels like they don’t take responsibility for their own billing actions.
Customer support was unhelpful and dismissive, and the whole situation feels unfair. I would not recommend this service to anyone—especially if you expect clear communication and fair billing practices.
updated review wish i could give less then one star not only is there customer service bad they went and changed there shity terms of service after i tried getting my refund making it immposable to do so i wouldnt recomend them to my worst enemy....

Affordable good service.

I have been using this for 2 months, only having a problem once, wich was not even related with the provider. The servers work perfectly and are extremely affordable.
The only issiue I could even mention is that if you want to end a subscription you must write a ticket and there is no other option in the web. It is not such a big problem but it would be great if the support was not involved in the cancellations (for customer and support confort) and that operation was optimiced.

Don´t, just don´t use this.

I used this service ONCE, just one month, then we did not use it again, then I tried to cancel the subscription, that option is nowhere to be found, then, magically, it logged out of my account by itself, I wrote like 5 tickets in total, just made another one by the way, vague answers. They told me to log into my account to keep the ticket on, however, they won´t let me log in, they changed the credentials or something, because I didn´t change them. When I try to get a recovery email for the account, I always get no email, but when its time to pay? Oh man, the receipt will be on time there. So they quit my access to my account, won´t let me cancel the subscription, won´t let me log in to solve this, and they'll just keep charging me. So good people, don´t, just don´t, there´s a lot of great and honest services out there, avoid this one. And just in case, i got screenshots of the receipts and how i can´t log in. I always were educated making those tickets, but this is enough.

Support is basically non-existent

Support is basically non-existent. Tickets/live chat don't get answered in weeks. Avoid this company

EDIT: after trustpilot reply, they just closed my ticket without an answer, just to be able to say that they have no pending tickets, without any reply.

Used for Minecraft server hosting

Great hosting service, Ive tested 3 hostings before this one and its the first one that gave me fast response from support and perfect performance for the same price that I paid on the other hosts

Goated service. Sometimes support might take their time, but they're fast and effective with their service. Not a single problem they couldn’t fix.

After over 8 hours and still no server…

After over 8 hours and still no server provided I requested a cancellation and refund. Then two hours later I got a fault error and I was told that a cancellation would not give me a refund and that I was SoL and would be cancelled at the end of the cycle. Even though I requested this long before the service was ever provided.

Slow support and lack of responsiveness

Numerous issues occurred, including inquiries about errors on the admin panel, malfunctions in scheduled tasks, and inaccurate port openings.
Even when contacting support, we received irrelevant responses and tickets were left unattended, resulting in multiple unresolved inquiries even after a month.
While they support many games, it's probably best to avoid using it for anything other than major titles.

Let me add one specific example.
- The created task is reported with an image, and there are no configuration errors.
- However, the created task does not execute even when the "next execution time" arrives.
- If I try selecting "Run Now," the command from the created task is successfully sent to the game server, and the game server processes it successfully and restarts.
- Despite the above situation, I have received replies stating that the schedule is not working because the game server is not processing properly.

On February 7th, when version 1.0 was released for the game on the server I was using, the file structure changed.
This caused the server to become unbootable. I requested a change to the startup command, but even after two weeks, I received no response. The server remains unusable, yet I continue to be charged.

Unresolved tickets kept getting closed, so I had to submit multiple tickets.
It took over a month to resolve an issue that rendered the service completely unusable.
They did extend my contract period to compensate for that.
Ultimately, various issues were resolved to a level comparable to other providers.
Basically, because support is slow, I cannot recommend this service to those who want to start using it right away. However, since it is a very affordable service relative to its performance, it is a good choice for those who are not in a hurry to start using it and can resolve game-specific issues on their own.
