Can’t contact them no more. Did this company just close down?

Trying to get ahold of them is HORRIBLE. I suddendly lost access to my email they setup for my account. I just would like to get ahold of them and that has been a pain in the rear. Please contact me. I just want to hopefully get my email back. I started using it for more than just the game.

this process took longer than expected. there were persistent buyer barriers including login issues which were blamed on the seller. buyer even threatened filing a chargeback to the card used for creating a subscription to verify accuracy of the character account. after verifying and determining the account was in a better state and status the offer did not increase, and the cost for subscription charged to the seller. the payment was made through paypal who is holding it for an additional three weeks. steps need taken to correct the overall experience

I purchased an account from here in March of this year and so far everything is going smoothly. The transaction was quick and the owner provided me the details significantly faster than I expected, which was appreciated. Communication was brief but positive. Having been involved with sites like Game Supply in the past, this was definitely one of the more positive transactions up to this point.

Warranty eligibility seems to be based on leaving the account on the email created for you, or at least seemed to be at the time I purchased, which I completely understand given the nature of these transactions. I was just not aware of this at the time of purchase.

I’ll update this review if I run into any issues in the future, but for the time being everything went well and I’m planning to be a repeat customer.

I lost access to the email on my account that I purchased over 8 years ago and they helped me regain access to the email so i could update it to a new one.
