Very happy with The Garden Shop website, customer service and delivery. I had wanted to buy native Irish wildflowers instead of the seed mixes and they had a great selection with very helpful descriptions. Fast postage too. Will be back!

Everything is fine with one Exception The pet storage container which is brilliant for storing compost
The Lid does NOT fit the bin
Trying to put it on I nearly cracked the back ..its a real pity they don't check these things as the bin is mighty ..its off-putting

I ordered a plant and it was dispatched very promptly. There was a little issue with the delivery company but The Garden Shop sorted it out in no time and were an absolute joy to deal with.
The plant arrived in perfect condition and was exactly what I wanted.

Very bad customer service... The owner was very rude and abrupt towards me. I will never go there again...!

The courier only delivered half my order, so I emailed the shop asking for help. They responded promptly, dealt with the courier, and the second half of my order arrived the following day. Excellent customer service :)

Great experience using The Garden Shop. Order seed potatoes, Orla, after hear a review on Beechgrove. Couldn't find them in the local nursery up north. Delivered in absolutely great condition, which has not been my previous experience through other online orders. Good job!

The company were very easy to deal with and accommodated changes to instructions perfectly. My bareroot plants arrived promptly and in great condition. They were a good healthy size too.

When I arrived there was a work guy shouting abuse at me in the car park . No clear markings and it was totally empty and I was not in anyone’s way . Poor choice in the person they employed.,if u want to be abused on arrival. This place will do it .
